I wasn't sure what to expect from dehydrated marshmallow but these were wonderful. Cute, crisp and perfect for hot chocolate. I always wanted more mallows in my Swiss Miss hot cocoa as a kid....now I can add all I want! It's a big bag too so it will last a while
