I absolutely loved this series!
I'm not usually one for slow burns but this book was perfection. It gives you JUST enough sexual tension to keep you wanting more and finally delivers with even more perfection. This story was amazing and unique. I almost didn't read it due to a review I saw. But I'm very happy I read it anyway. You DO get all the answers you need about the voices she hears. I love that it isn't the usual reasoning. Highly recommend the audiobook!

Good...but not great
I really loved this series. The first two books were awesome and totally had me hooked, I was anxiously awaiting the third and final book in the series so much that I pre-ordered it right away. But the third...just didn't live up to all of my expectations. Maybe that's my fault, maybe I set the bar too high based off the first two books...but it just felt unfinished to me. It felt like a HFN ending, like there would be more books but this is supposed to be the last one? We are left with a lot of unanswered questions. Mostly about Waylynn's abilities and how/why they are happening. It also seemed like 2 of the 3 guys were still in denial about her abilities (rather than accepting) and just blamed everything on coincidence after coincidence. That doesn't seem like the foundation to a healthy relationship to me. Along those same lines, their relationship in the end just felt...not secure. Like everything was a little still up in the air as we don't know if Oz will get drafted to the NFL and if he'll have to move, will the others move with him? Also, with the pressure of being away a lot for games and training, plus all the fame-chasers...would he really stick with Waylynn and their relationship? I just didn't get the all-in vibe from him on their relationship. Also, the issue with his stalker was never resolved. With the crazy obsessive behavior she was showing there was no way she was just going to let him go without a fuss. It was like the author put her in the story to create drama and then forgot about her. She just completely disappears from the story for really no legitimate reason (i.e. a restraining order). A girl as stalker-y as the author made her out to be doesn't just go away like that. The confrontation she has with Waylynn was really no confrontation at all, Waylynn was just a doormat and let her walk all over her. So, with no reason to stop her stalker behavior, why would she? And yet seemingly she does as we never hear from her again. Just another loose end that's never resolved in this story. In addition, I didn't have a strong connection with Bates, probably because he had the least "screen-time," so I didn't feel he was truly committed to Waylynn. Especially, with the whole possibility of moving and uprooting his whole life away from his family if Oz got drafted to another city...I just don't know. Wasn't feeling a strong vibe from him. Not to mention Waylynn's issues with her family...yes, they got into therapy but I felt that was still a pretty sketchy situation that could blow up again at any time.Overall, this series just feels unfinished, like the ending was rushed because the author wanted to be done with the series and move on to other things. Unfortunately, this seems to be a thing with this author. I've read her Havenfall duet which, again, ended with nothing really being resolved and lots of questions. Same with the Magical Bureau of Investigation triology. If I read something else by this author, I'll just have to keep in mind I'll probably end up disappointed at the end with lots of questions. Though I probably will still read it since she writes great characters.

Devasted it's a trilogy.
I am completely enthralled! I'll be getting into some spoilers toward the end so watch out for my warning if your not interested.I read a bunch of off putting reviews before starting book 3 and I won't lie I was terrified this series has been such a breath of fresh air a deeply emotional and deliciously addictive story. After finishing though I honestly feel like the reviewers didn't soak in the story the way they were meant too. Imo each "plot hole" was perfectly wrapped up, maybe not as explosively as some readers wanted but in ways that make them totally believable for a real life setting. This series isn't one for over the top unrealistic interactions framed as everyday behavior and if each one has been a huge blow up it wouldn't have fit the theme of the story.******THIS IS THE PART WHERE THE SPOILERS BEGIN*****🚫🎉1 The most talked about issue is Ozs stalker. The book deals with it in a very realistic way, by having it escalate and then Oz finally reaches out to an authority figure in the football program and is told it will be dealt with. (A normal college would have dealt with it the same way. Once the stalker was identified and a formal complaint lodged unless there was further incidents that's the end. Given the fact that she was stalking because she thought he'd go pro not some crazy emotional attachment it makes sense that she'd shift to easier targets once she realized he was willing to involve the college.)2 Ways powers. She's spent her whole life shoving the voices back thinking she was nuts it makes perfect sense she's not excited to explore them yet. BUT after the Thanksgiving incident she does say she was revealed to be able to hear her men so she didn't feel alone. (The epilogue has Oz calling her an empath so obviously they've discussed it more.)3. Ways schooling. When I read the reviews I was positive the epilogue must have been set years in the future but it's only 3 months worth of a jump. While they seem to have settled into a comfortable living rhythm the second semester just starting of course she isn't done with school waving a degree.Tbh most of the issues mainly feel that like me readers want more of their story.I think this series could be easily expanded. Exploring Ways powers, navigating Memphis's need for control when he's no longer on campus and beginning to teach, Oz either going pro or quiting football, Bates mom's baby hunger and her open acceptance of their love. (I'd love to see Michele tear Cordelia a new one) plus just general life for a couple with a different relationship than the societally accepted norm. I want more. I need more. Plus it would be fantastic to see more of their different kinks. Memphis and his dominance, Bates and his voyeurism could expand to more public settings and holy smokes I want Oz and Way to explore dirty talk more. This is a desperate plea to Albany Walker please give us more.

A good read, with a lot of frustrating loose ends..
I enjoyed Waylynn and her boys. They were sweet and I love how devoted the boys are to her.I am struggling getting past how incomplete the books feel. There are several plot points and storylines that never go anywhere. A fourth voice from an angry/evil feeling man? The crazy stalker girl who is after Ozzie? Bates in general..? I wish he would've gotten more time and we explored Bates and his cello a bit more. The final scene of the book felt like it has pages missing. We get a "3 months later" epilogue that is mostly one and a half more naughty time scenes and halfway through the second one its promotions for her other books. The books could have been longer and the world more fleshed out. Waylynn hearing them and her acceptance of it should have absolutely been worked in more and resolved. It feels like interesting things are put in to grab attention without the intention of them being anything more.. and thats just lazy writing to me.For what it does do, I like it and recommend, but its only three stars from me for all the loose ends.

5 stars
I’m so sad this series is over. It was amazing. I loved everything about Waylynn, Bates, Memphis & Oz….everything. The storyline was fantastic. I do feel it ended pretty abruptly and I would’ve loved an epilogue into the future but I’m still so glad I discovered this trilogy and will recommend it to everyone!

Could have been a bit longer
Really good, but not as good as the first two. The ending felt a bit rushed. Still recommend this series tho!

Could have been more
**warning mild spoiler**Already read the complete series (3 books)But what little intrigue is there about the “voices” is treated as unimportant in the plot. There’s not reason why she hears the 3 males, at least not explained, in passing there’s mention about being a psychic or fated mates (all theories, no more than a paragraph in all 3 books) so what seemed like an interesting quality of the female character is just dismissed. She could have any mental illness and it would not make any difference.Kinda disappointed really, the writing style is good, the characters development decent, but the plot is lacking. I think I would raise the review by 1 star (4 instead of 3) if the author didn’t put high expectations with this characteristic of mental hearing the voices of 3 specific boys by the female protagonist.

The 3rd and final installment...
Brilliant HEA. Felt like the end was a bit rushed. There should have been more fallout for what happened. It was glossed over. Or maybe I'm just sad the story is over.
