Excellent product, so cheap and delivered on time. Using for freezing a high Vitamin C Zucchini smoothie without issues, and although apprehensive after a few said hard to remove the frozen cubes? I have had no issues with them sticking whatsoever, in fact they are the best I've used...highly recommended, good material and don't feel like they are going to snap while gently bending to remove the ice cubes.

I recently purchased these after buying two different kinds from elsewhere (both of which snapped in pieces when attempting to get ice out) they were much more expensive than these too. Not wanting to waste anymore money I bought these and did not really think due to the price that they would be any good ....... how wrong I was - they are absolutely brilliant!! They are a good deep size and there is a little "bump" at the bottom of each square which I think really helps to make these just "pop" out so simply no strain necessary. As for stacking these are easy to do just slightly offset them on top of one another and they stack perfectly and take up very little room. I cannot recommend these highly enough - just gently squeeze and plop they are out and a good size for drinks as they are just a bit deeper than others so do not melt as quick!! Salute!!!

These trays have a good amount of flex where they have not cracked over the last 5 months of constant use. But are much stiffer than those annoying floppy silicone ones that I hate! My only grievance is that you cannot stack them while they are both full of water. Having the ice cube divets at a slight angle would allow stacking (by reversing alternate trays) to conserve freezer space.

So far so good, just what i was looking for.

Having bought expensive silicone trays before and struggling to remove the ice without getting my fingers burned, I decided to go for these cheap little trays. They are FANTASTIC. Just turn them over the the cubes come out easily. They are the best and cheapest trays I have ever had. They are not too big either so you can easily find a spot for them in the freezer.

flimsy but work okay. However the trays cannot stack on top of each other to save space in the freezer. If you put one of them on top of another one, it just displaces the water in the underlying tray and makes a mess all over the place. Make sure you have lots of extra freezer space to use these.

The great thing about these trays is how easy it is to get the ice out once frozen. Barely twist it and out they come effortless. No more banging against a kitchen worktop to get ice. After going through loads of other trays, these are the winner. Highly recommendable.

When I bought these I thought, 'how good can an ice cube tray be? As long as it produces ice cubes?', how wrong was I. These are light, produce the perfect size of ice cubes, and most importantly the ice cubes ARE EASY TO REMOVE FROM THE ICE CUBE TRAYS! The way they do this is have a non-sticky or tactile surface on the tray and the ice cube trays are very flexible. I can't tell you how many ice cube trays my family has broken trying to force the cubes out, but this one is very flexible and they just pop right out. Very flimsy plastic is good for popping out the cubes, but also not great in the sense that the weight of the water makes it very awkward to fill up and replace into the freezer; water spillage is to be expected. At least you get two trays for the price. That, and the following, give it an extra star for my rating: However, I must say that this tray works great for dipping fries into the wide range of sauces that I enjoy :)

Salve amazoniani, prima di comprare queste due vaschette per fare cubetti di ghiaccio ho letto le poche recensioni negative. A vista dalle foto di repertorio notavo con buona certezza che sono ben fatte e di plastica morbida dalla superficie viscida, cioè quella perfetta per estrarla dal congelatore e fare uscire i cubetti con facilità. Ho letto di chi si lamenta dello spessore della plastica e anche di uno che ha rotto la vaschetta al volo. E' vero che vengono vendute senza manuale di uso, ma nel caso in cui siamo arrivati a questo livello, ovvero a qualcuno serve il manuale d'uso per una vaschetta da ghiaccio, allora siamo spacciati con QI a caduta libera per 9,8 mt/s^2. Lo spessore è perfetto per la progettazione e il fine della vaschetta, va utilizzata nel modo corretto di tale progettazione e v'ho fatto una foto lato inferiore così leggendomi capirete al volo cosa sto scrivendo. Si nota che esiste una concavità circolare al centro di ogni cubetto. Per estrarre i cubetti facilmente non si deve torcere la vaschetta o piegarla a banana o altre mosse contorcenti, basta mettere un ditino (ho usato l'indice) nella concavità e ho premuto e il cubetto esce immediatamente. A vaschetta vuota potete facilmente carezzare l'interno lato cubetto così sentirete che la cavità posteriore dove fare debole pressione con un dito (polpastrello) dall'altro lato è una semisfera sporgente di plastica più spessa rispetto allo spessore della vaschetta, come tale più rigida. Ecco come funziona, serve per il punto di scollamento del cubetto grazie a una lieve pressione posteriore. Lo spessore sottile nel resto della vaschetta è progettualmente funzionale a questo utilizzo. Io trovo impeccabile ed eccellente in toto: materiale, forma e progettazione. Costano pochissimo. Poca spesa grande resa. Le mie vaschette del ghiaccio originali Whirpool sono fatte della stessa plastica, ma è più spessa e sono senza la concavità inferiore, conseguentemente anche senza la semisfera sporgente interna con durezza differenziata, per estrarre i cubetti vanno torte e si possono spezzare nel farlo, infine costano un botto e i cubetti non escono facilmente come con queste. In sostanza sono peggiori di queste. Non sempre di più è meglio, la cosa va valutata e a volte less is more come diceva Mies van der Rohe.

Wer kennt sie nicht von früher: die klassischen Eiswürfel Briketts. Oft schwappte das Wasser beim reinstellen heraus und die Würfel mussten später oft mit Biegen und Brechen heraus geholt werden. Dann kamen die "coolen" neuen Eiswürfelbeutel, erst mit Knoten, und später mit Selbstverschluss (der manchmal inkontinent war!). Heute wissen wir dass die auch nicht das Gelbe vom Ei sind, und vor allem sind sie eine Umweltkatastrophe, reißen oft, halten nicht dicht, und die Hälfte der dünnen Plaste klebt noch am Eis, was man erst im Drink bemerkt, wenn es sich ablöst. Ich sehnte mich nach den Klassikern von früher! Aber nun gibt es auf einmal nur noch Silikon-Schlabba-Förmchen ... Igit! Dann fand ich diese hier! Und ehrlich gesagt war es mir egal wie sie bewertet sind. Ich wollte sie! Und ... war mehr als positiv überrascht! Sie waren nicht nur wie früher: nein, sie wurden überdacht und viels von früher besser gemacht: sie haben einen Abtropfrand, einen weicheren Boden mit Druckknopffunktion um die Würfel leicht heraus zu holen und sie wirken wirklich stabil und bruchfest. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen! Spartanisch und zuverlässig!
