Awful mixer. First one had a huge dead space in the fader and calibrating wouldn't do anything, it then stopped working altogether. Second one has developed some sort of whistling noise, but my main problem with it is it just sounds crap. Gains cant be turned up to more than a quarter before it goes into the red and starts clipping. The headphone volume seems to be linked to the gain somehow, so they are really quiet due to the gain being so low. Turn up the gain to hear the headphones, and it goes into the red and sounds duff. It's odd, because I upgraded from a DIF-1S which was a brilliant mixer, pretty much perfect. I will be exchanging this for the DIF-2S and buying some Dicers...

Amazing value, feel and build quality
Completely brilliant mixer! The innofader mini is an amazing cross fader and was calibrated perfectly in the mixer I received. Anyone having problems in this area should talk to DJ-Tech to have replacements issued. The midi buttons work well with Serato and light up to show when cue points have been set. The mixer's feel is great and it has a good amount of weight to it which helps when scratching hard! All in all I'd highly recommend this to any digital scratch dj who already owns a Serato or similar box.
