I really want to like these earbuds and for the price I do. My only problem is only one plays I can get them both to play but having to do this every time I want to listen to them is a bit much. Their website says to restore them to factory settings. Now imagine having to do that every time. Enough said. Great sound. Great price. Not worth the trouble.

I bought several Tozo earbuds, Most of them I was very happy. this one, I misplaced after delivery a long time ago and finally found it in one of my back packs, still unused! I was excited to use it but, I was disappointed. I was making phone calls and the other person keeps complaining that he can hear the background noise very loud. I lowered down the volume of my tv and he is still complaining that it's very loud on his end. I also noticed that the earbud volume is not loud, I have the volume of my phone on maximum and the earbud's sound is still not reaching the volume that I wanted. i bought this a long time ago and has passed the return window. Maybe I just bought the damaged one, but I will not recommend this model.
