I get herpetic whitlow on my hands every once in awhile and this helps sooth the itchiness. It smells mentholy, kinda like a muscle rub which I dont mind. I like that it soaks in really fast so you dont have to worry about it rubbing off or getting everywhere.

I get a "cold sore" due to stress now and then. Usually only once a year, but this year...we can't stop having car troubles. This is my second car troubles cold sore this year! Between Abreva and this product at least it isn't as bad as it could be.

Based on the reviews and the experience of topical application, it appears to work. It has a lot of cooling and tingling. The herbs are definitely doing something, I used this for an unknown rash of sorts and it was comforting. Thanks!

Outbreaks are different for everyone, so there’s obviously different remedies for different people. I decided to try something new since my outbreak was worsening and keeping be from work. This cream is very relieving of any discomfort I had. It felt similar to icy hot or the ice packs I had been using. I feel as though this product made my sores heal a little faster, although it could’ve been that I was changing my daily routine and taking better care of the area. it seemed a tad bit pricy seeing as I wasn’t trying to spend much, but it seems like a little goes a long way. I was gonna wait to review it so I could comment on the prevention aspect of the cream, but I think it’s worth the money either way.

Initial outbreak so I have nothing to compare it to.... burned like heck upon application since the sores were already in place but after a short period of time relief from the pain was noticeable. So now after 5 days there is definite improvement. My wish is that there will never be another time to use this again but it is now in inventory. I would recommend.

This cream helped me so much, and it’s the only thing that has helped my outbreaks, I used to get outbreaks at least once a week, and i used to have outbreaks for months long. This cream has reduced outbreaks by 99% and my outbreak time went from month long to a couple days. Very thankful for this product. It does burn and it feels cold for a while but it numbs the pain and tinglyness.
