Flush - Excellent idea for good health.
The Liver and gallbladder flush is a must have book for every family. I have done the flush and the 'inconvenience' is minimal but the results are amazing. This should be part of your way of life. Once the initial clearing has been carried out; which can take up to 12 monthly flushes; then do the flush just once or maybe twice annually.Andreas Moritz had a wonderful way about him a quiet gentle being. Some are cynical about him as his Ener-chi centre and books make a considerable amount of money; but isn't that amazing in a world whereby pharmaceutical rule?! I would rather live according to Andreas philosophy than that of pharmaceutical companies pedalling their chemicals which poison us.I had had a feeling that my liver had bulked up; I could feel the pressure on my right hand side, especially when driving the car. Since the flush this feeling has resolved; not surprising as I released tens of thousands of stones during the flush. (I didn't count them but there were thousands.) That has to be a good thing. I do feel better; obviously there could be a placebo element but my skin looks better too and others have remarked on this; that can't be placebo, surely?! My GP was sceptical and asked me for a sample of the stones to test; he sent them to a lab at a well known hospital in London, they confirmed they were made up of cholesterol, fat and bile, etc. Obviously these are then from the liver and gall bladder. At post-mortem this would be referred to as fatty liver disease. I personally have not drunk alcohol for 28 years and consequently do not drink much alcohol now, but fatty liver disease can be due to things other than alcohol consumption, including major or chronic stress.I had begun to suffer symptoms of liver problems including raised serum liver function tests and pale stools, as well as pain and discomfort in that area. These have resolved since I have passed those thousands of stones. The book also includes details of kidney flush which should be carried out at some point during the period when you're flushing. This whole thing can be done at home for very little money. I suggested my GP encourage all his patients to get involved in Liver flushing; just think how much money the NHS could save, no days off work for surgery or ailments either.....but of course widespread liver flushing will never be encouraged by conventional Drs. I can only say positive things about this book and its author. Well worth reading, well worth buying the book.

Amazing and rewarding method.
Since I purchased the book, I have done 14 flushes. It is not only that your liver feels lighter and I confirm that the method described in the book works. As people mention - it is a journey once started it takes commitment to follow it through. I decided to drink 200ml of organic cherry juice not only during the preparation week but throughout 12 months period. After 8th flush I have added artichoke, bladder enzymes and malic acid capsules (I found using anything liver stimulating in initial stages overpowering for the healing process). I completely swapped coffee for hot water lemon juice in the morning followed by a cup of peppermint tea. I also found bowel cleanse with warm water enema once a week after first flushes offloading and improving the process of healing. I would use microwaveable heat pack to warm my liver during the day of actual flush and after drinking grapefruit/olive oil mixture. The benefits are great and noticeable. I followed the instruction of the flush to the point. The healing phases between the flushes may lead to a doubt as reappearance of some symptoms is not always pleasant. That is why the author points out the importance to carry on (partially cleansed liver may cause more problems and discomfort). My experience is that the reward of improved wellbeing after each flush offers the assurance. The book includes a lot of useful and valuable information and I would recommend reading it before the commitment. I believe that this cleanse should be intentional. According to traditional Chinese medicine, emotions are associated with a corresponding element and organ in the body. On the emotional level, liver is connected to anger, resentment, frustration, irritability, bitterness, and "flying off the handle". An imbalanced liver and gallbladder can be caused by longstanding repressed feelings. It is one of the best things I have committed to.Update from August 2021: after having gallbladder and liver scan the results are encouraging - my gallbladder is free of any gallstones or sludge, liver and ducts are in healthy shape. I will continue liver friendly lifesyle, liver cleanse as per recommendations in the book or reappearance of gentle symptoms (which are fading away).Update from April 2023: I had two more episodes in autumn of 2022 when I released significant number of stones during the 2 flushes which I believe was the result of making space in bile ducts for older stones located in upper parts of the liver. And since I hardly have passed any stones. My digestion process is great, blood results intact, my skin looks better and brighter. It has been a long and dedicated journey – the rewards lasting.

Liver flush works 100 % every time
When I first did this my work colleague said I looked healthier and sounded more alive … I made the mistake of fasting too much and when eating I ate too much steak 🥩 and had too much butter … and fish and chips 🍟Fasting is great but doesn’t allow clearance of gallstones if you eat the wrong things in between , so I’d recommend lots of greens , smoothies with greens in , and fibre and get rid of nonsense in diet

Approach with caution
I will be honest, I have not read the whole book as it is quite thick, I skipped ahead to learning about the flush. The flush does work, make sure you follow it properly though otherwise, it may not work as intended (you can end up with stones stuck in your bile duct if you don't do it properly!). I will say that the author does have his own views on eating, vaccines etc which may not resonate with everyone but still the flush is good and it does work. It's important to know that the flush treats the symptoms, not the root cause. I do think it's worth doing, I wouldn't advise doing it frequently as it is a lot of stress on the body. However, if you're getting gallstones or liver obstruction it's important to look into the reasons behind that, it could be fatty liver, NAFLD, cirrhosis etc and the flush won't solve that for you.
