No installation Services From Seller/ Amazon
I have rating 5 so that everyone can read it!If you can book paid installation services by your own then purchase it , otherwise the seller will not gonna send you anyone for installation easily. It's been 10 days I did not get any installation services.In my case installation date was 13th October I was calling them several time but they didn't receive any call then I contacted to Amazon , by transferring my chat to several executives I got to know they missed that slot and I have to book another slot for another day. Then I booked for 16th October. On 16th October I also tried to connect them but they didn't receive everytime it was saying "All executives are busy" , then again I contacted to Amazon over call I got to know they will not able to arrive on that day for some issue!!!!!! Then I couldn't take any risk because if after 10 days they arrive and something is wrong in the box I couldn't have able to return ! so then I booked other paid installation services by my own and they installed the bed well.

Damage
Just in 1year 5 months the product is cut into two halfs, when contacted it was confirmed it will be refunded but now no response and disconnecting the calls

Value for money but quality is not great
Overall it's okay and frankly one gets good value for money. Quality and finishing can be improved. The dimensions are also not as per standard matress sizes, length is a fraction of an inch less while the breadth is an inch more than the closest standard fitting mattress.
