tokidoki Mermicorno 10 Color Pen Misc. Supplies – September 5, 2017

I love Tokidoki.I have several plush characters, a journal and just recently bought an adorable coloring book from right here on Amazon.I was so excited when this pen arrived! It's really cute.But the happiness ends there. It's a HORRIBLE pen. Like another reviewer stated, it's made of very cheap and flimsy plastic. I wasn't expecting a "MontBlanc" or a space pen from NASA, but for $8 I most definitely expected it to be a bit more sturdy.But, setting aside the crappy design, the worst part about this pen, is that it writes like a 20 year old cap less Bic you found while cleaning out your garage.ONE of the colors writes surprisingly well considering what rubbish the rest are.With the one exception, ALL the rest of the colors skip more than they write. Several of them scratch the paper as you try to write, while the rest require you to write over each letter multiple times and apply enough pressure that it leaves an impression through at least THREE sheets of paper!I really wanted to love this pen. Sadly, I be returning it immediately for a full refund.I know full well that many popular franchises crank out overpriced merchandise that is manufactured as cheap as possible. It's all about the 💵💰🤑.But if I'm going to fork over 8 bucks for a flimsy plastic tube with a Tokidoki sticker on it, that pen damn well better WRITE!ALL 10 colors.And not TEAR HOLES in my paper.Or give me writers cramp before I can even complete a short sentence. 🙄

The design is really cute but it's really cheap quality. The plastic is very flimsy and feels like it's gonna break. For $5 this would be cute but definitely not worth $8

This pen is horrible, just like the other reviewers stated. Only one color work on this pen. The other colors just tear the paper. Just do not buy.

I suspect this pen was manufactured a while ago; been sitting on a shelf long before I ordered it. Half the colors were dry upon arrival - sucks since the pen is REALLY cute. I hoped it would be easy to keep in purse for my son (5yrs) to use whenever we get caught with a wait. But I guess we'll stick with crayons for now

The quality is total crap and the colors barely work, if at all. What a waste of money.
