Stay away, search for better quality jacks
I really wanted to support the make in India initiative and purchased 2 jacks from this brand instead of much better rated jacks. I made a mistake. The workmanship (build) and quality are pathetic. Both of the jacks had defects. One Jack after reaching full height refused to lower down. Another jack had oil leakage problem. Will you get confidence in using such jacks on your 2 or 3 ton SUV? Can you risk using these jacks to raise the vehicle and go underneath it for repairs.... atleast i cannot.I reached out to customer support to understand the issue. Had a video call. The person was friendly but did not offer an explanation as to why these defects have shown up. The simple solution was to apply for a replacement in the app. I am not going for a replacement and will go for a refund.You have far superior brands out there. Please stay away from this. Do not compromise your safety for a few additional rupees. Not worth your life betting on this substandard jack. I will not take these jacks even if i get them for free.

Good for hatchbacks and sedan.
13.8 inch of max height makes it suitable to only change tyres of SUV's. That too only compact SUV's . Avoid buying for SUV's. Good for hatchbacks and Sedans.
