The Greater Good Sous Vide machine takes all the guesswork out of it, and let's you entertain and do last minute meal prep without thinking about the main course. This gadget is amazing! You cook the food in a water bath in zip lock or vacuum lock bags, so the cleanup is a breeze. Plus, when I cooked some 1 1/2" thick top sirloin steaks at 131.5 for 2 hours, then grilled 2 minutes on super high heat on each side they came out so tender and juicy my guests were raving about the steakhouse quality. I smiled, took the compliment, and knew I'd transformed $7.99 top sirloin steaks into a gourmet masterpiece! A very light dusting of Montreal Steak Seasoning on both sides about 2 hours before cooking really enhanced the flavor!

The overall design is easy to use

The Sous Vide container is cheap quality and not worth anything they charge; however, the Sous Vide is awesome! But, again, the container that provide as a "kit," is very cheaply made (not even close to the $54 they sell separately. ) I already have stress cracks where the sous vide attaches to the container.

This sous vide is super easy to use, and very quiet. I got the Greater Goods container as well and it has a neoprene sleeve that keeps the water nice and warm for quite a while after I turn off the device.The warranty is a 5 year warranty!! They make that super easy as well, there is QR Code that takes you right to where you need to be to put in the info. It is that simple!!! 5 star quality and ease of service.
