Not recommended for three dot sights
Paint is probably fine for normal use but the green color wasn't very bright for three dot sights. I used orange in front and that one is really visible. If only using one color go for orange it's much betterThe green not so much, I used green on the rear sights and I may as well have not painted them the original dirty white was better.I will try flourescent yellow on the rear instead

Most Durable and Brightest Enamel for Small Projects
For small projects, you can't beat Testors Enamel. Several coats are usually needed for full color saturation. This paint can be applied in almost any thickness and time between coats is optional as long as the paint is no longer liquid. Drying time also varies greatly depending on thickness and time between coats. So full drying time can be from a few hours to even a few days. But once it dries to full harness, this is the most durable paint I have ever encountered. Some people have said it's messy to work with and it is because of its persistence and spread. I find cleanup is most convenient with a paper towel and 99 percent isopropyl alcohol which evaporates very quickly.

Not designed for gun sights!
This brand of paint has been sold for years mainly for model cars, planes, etc. It is not designed for gun sights. I read that some customers had good results using this paint on their sights. I am certainly glad that they are satisfied with the paint but I have no clue how the paint can improve a weapons' performance. It simply is not made for guns. I tried it on a Glock and within one minute, took it off! There''s no advantage at all using this green crap for sight enhancement. It's great for other applications without a doubt. But if you find this improves your gun sights, then I would guess that the sights were pretty inferior to begin with.

Good paint, but not for gun sights
I used this to paint the sights on my beretta. The star rating for this review is specifically for that purpose. Overall, the orange did well, and is nicely visible (I painted the front in green, and the rear in orange). The green, not so well. Neither appears to add anything extra to the visibility of the dots, except for color. That is to say, the sights are no "brighter" than the white that came stock on the pistol. In fact, I'd say the orange dots are about 90% the brightness of the white, (and the green is more like 75%). A worthy trade off, in my opinion, to be able to differentiate the front from rear sights more quickly. That being said, I believe I can achieve the same goal by using white for the front sight, and leaving the rear in orange. Overall, I have to admit, I regret this purchase (for the green, not the orange). Again, this is only for the purpose of gun sights; the paint flowed well (after shaking) and performed as designed. This paint is definitely no substitute for night-sights (tritium based), but I do think it can help with target acquisition.

Green model paint.
It’s green paint of course but NOT florescent as titled. Dries to a medium dark green. Maybe the color someone wants or could be because of the background it’s painted on.
