After a few doses I realized that the pain in my gum was reduced and my teeth felt compact and strong. As I continue to use the product I felt better and better. Not sure where to begin with this one. I bought this in December 2024 and I took the recommended dosage of 6 supplements. I tried to break it up because taking them all at once was too much. The taste was nasty. The supplements are too big making it hard to swallow. After 3 months of using it I did not see a difference. It was a waste of money and I was unable to take it back because the 90 day window expired. I was a day late. I found alternative options for my dental routine that has worked.
