does this fit 2009 Q7 rear brake pad sensor, and is only one or two for both rear wheels?

Yes this fits 09 q7 just used this on my 09 3 weeks ago only on sensor for each wheel. If doing your own brakes make sure you have a 16 mm square drive torx socket to remove rear caliper bolts. Front is 19mm metric bolt.

Can this sensors can be use on a ceramic brake pads?

Yes, I used them on ceramic pads and they fit right in

does it fit a touareg 2005 v8?

Sorry...I do not know. I have a 2004 V-6. However, my mechanic was happy with the quality of the part and they are working great if you discover that they will fit your vehicle.
