It works!
This works perfectly with my Sega Master System. On its own the picture is a bit grainy for me due to 65 inch 4K TV however bought it with "RCA to HDMI, GANA 1080P AV to HDMI Video Converter" and in conjunction with each other the image is quite good for a 1988 consoleThe sound is fine (mono).Reccomended.

This is the cable you need for a Sega Mega drive 1
Bought this to replace the Original Mega drive Cable to connect to the TV much better image. Found out the Rf cable that came with it degrades over time. Image is a 8 out of 10 but this is due to the signal of a new TV and not the cable. Thanks to the seller. Good quality cable and good price.

Got the old megadrive working
Great product works well. But remember that the graphics weren't that good so don't look amazing on a big screen.
