Was really good can measure mils easily and was quite accurate my car varied where I 3000grit sanded scratches to 4.1 mil and thicker areas 5.6, which was the same as what the dent guy measured previous on his depth gauge, so know this device works well. Seems cannot do fibre glass / composite areas of my car unless it needs recalibrate for this. Metal and aluminum’s was excellent though.

Very very cheap plastic. I don’t think you could relay on this, its not a precision product. Figures are all over the place. But ultimately it can tell when theres a huge jump in paint layers, thats all

Lo acabo de probar en varios coches, unos con pintura de origen y otros repintados con mucha calidad y las piezas que han sido reparadas se detectan rapidamente al registrar mayor espesor de pintura. Tambien hemos revisado un coche que sabiamos que tenia una zona muy mal reparada con masilla y tambien se detecta en la lectura del espesor. Merece la pena para detectar posibles reparaciones de baja calidad.

Preis/Leistung ist top. Funktioniert einwandfrei +|- 0,001 Toleranz festgestellt somit absolut top.
