Great product, bad habit!
This licorice is exactly as described -- soft and delicious! The only downside is that it's so good I find myself eating too many pieces in a sitting!

If you like black licorice, you'll love this!
The texture was perfect! Not too sticky, but just chewy enough. The flavor is an intense and delicious black licorice. I really love this. My only complaint is I wish the price was a tad bit lower. It feels like an expensive splurge with so many competitors at lower price points. So, it's more of an "every now and then" kind of treat during this harsh economy!

I am a big big Real Black Licorice Fan
I was looking for the type of Licorice that I used to buy when penny candy was a penny. My favorite was the sticks of Black Licorice about 5" long, no twist. This licorice has no Trickle and a light flavor of Licorice. I tasted more of the other ingredients, than the Licorice flavor. It also has a strong flavor of wheat flour. Not impressed and won't buy again.

Good, real licorice flavor. Just a little pricey.
It's like was obtainable in the U.S. years ago, but the days of penny licorice are Long Gone!
