Well made exercise ball and reasonably easy to inflate. The pump was a little difficult to grip during inflation but after a little practice I got the job done. Inflated the ball a few days ago and it's still holding it's shape and no leaks. It's strong but I doubt it's dog proof so I keep it in a spare room.

I like the thickness of the rubber seems very good quality.Like how can use this ball for sitting on to help with your core.Also helps my lower back pain.Has instructions for a couple of exercises which helps if not useda ball for awhile.Only negative is the pump is not great and when put stopper in at 80%blown as suggested when you first inflate it. I found it really hard toremove for inflating the next 20% even using the screw driver.Glad I purchased it though.

Der Ball ist angenehm und wie beschrieben. Allerdings haben wir das Gefühl, dass man ihn immer in eine bestimmte Position drehen muss, um perfekt darauf zu sitzen. Andernfalls stören die Muster.Die Farbe weicht etwas von der Abbildung ab, was uns aber nicht besonders gestört hat.

Fijne bal! Mijn dochters gebruiken de bal aan hun bureau ipv een stoel. Veel beter voor ug en houding.
