I've tried other products similar to this but have never really been convinced that they work. When I got this stuff I do believe there is a difference. It doesn't burn when applied, it does warm a little as I expected. Hopefully the long term effect will become more obvious as time goes on, I have to say that my knee does feel better and in cold weather hasn't bothered me so much. I got a lot of bottles and I don't spare it, it's awkward to get out of the jar so when I scoop it out I slap it on well.
