Silverline329863 DIY 1020W Plunge Router,Blue,1/4"

I have just bought this as present having owned one myself for some time. they are well made and ideal for DIY jobs. would recommend this item.

A pretty easy to use router, feels solid and stable. Reasonably easy to change burrs. Overall well worth the money.

Having no time to try this out as yet. It does appear to be solidly built on the heavy side, but never having a owned a router before, i cannot say if this is the normal. Comes with all the usual attachments guide for straight routing. Comes with the tools for attaching your bits. No bits with this router which is a shame, as one would have been a nice gesture. Long enough power chord to suit most needs. Vacuum attachment to connect your hose too. A very positive and solid plunge mechanism. All in all, good tool so far.

It's an "ok" router for the price, however the spindle lock is not effective and thus changing cutters is something of a challenge. I've resorted to leaving my most common cutter fitted and doing anything else with another router.

I bought this router because the one I already have didn't fit under the router table as the base was to big. This one fits perfectly and is great for my needs 10/10

Bought this as a cheaper option as I've got trend 1/2 router but needed 1/4 for dove tail jig.It came in the box with nothing damaged, unpacked and notice there's know power switch on handles which wasn't good also having to keep finger on the button which normally would have been on handles like other ones.went to add a smaller guide collar for doing dove tails ,problem one trying to attach a guide collar and vacum extraction nozzle and adding router bit near on impossible,great.. Went ahead with out vacum attachment cut the dove tails and the locking pin flip open ,and ended up damaging the router bit,and also chipping the comb for the jig...more money to spend so ended up returning the product as know good to me,so I would not recommend this product to anyone rubbish I think I will spend the extra cash and buy trend again

Despite this product being advertised as a router it is not compatible with my computer. It does not have any ports to connect my ethernet cable to nor does it come with fixings to allow one to secure to the wall. On top of this it is blue which clashes violently with my purple decor in the lounge.There appears to be a bit in the middle that would take an attachment of some type but again no extras are included in the box. I have only given this product five stars because it might be my own naivety that has caused this error and that I might have brought the wrong item. Benefit of doubt I am giving.

Parcel arrived okish but just in a plastic bag no packaging so could have been damaged easily as it does not come in a case just a flimsy cardboard box which the bottom of again is lacking protectionThe price is good so I am happy with the tool as long as it works ok

Zuerst das negative: Fräse hat nur einen Taster - keinen Schalter, Hub harkt teilweise bzw. steckt auch; jetzt das positive: kompakt, hohe Leistung, der geringe Preis, ob ich sie mir nochmal kaufen würde - ich glaub nicht

La máquina cumple su función. Trae casquillo de 8mm y 6,3mm. Al principio te lias un poco regulando la profundidad, pero se coje la técnica rápido, como en cualquiera fresa de inmersión. Buena potencia. No tiene interruptor, sino pulsador. Trae compás copiador, anillo copiador y guia. A mayores un juego de escobillas de recambio. La he usado con iroko (dura) y no le ha hizo falta ni la máxima potencia. Por supuesto, sujetar las piezas, gafas y precaución con los deditos.

Défonceuse compacte, légère, facile à prendre en main et à utiliser.

Globalement, outil conforme à mes attentes.Cela dit, une réglette de profondeur plus précise serait la bienvenue.
