These stencils were better than expected! I'll be honest, I wasn't so hopeful these would actually work for me, they looked a bit flimsy in the marketing, but I'm actually quite pleased with them. They came in a cute package, and each one is probably as thick as a dime, maybe a bit thinner, and flexible, but much less wobbly than I thought. You'll still want to apply pressure to the stencil while using it, like with your other hand, a clip, or even washi tape (so the stencil doesn't move around) but they definitely get the job done, and they're not paper thin like I had feared.You can see in my photos that I did a quick test on some cheap paper, using a Sharpie Gel 1mm pen for almost everything and a Pilot Precision v5 (0.5mm) pen for some of the smaller, more intricate designs. They turned out well, despite me rushing and not being very precise. The cuts in the stencils are just big enough for my 1mm pens to fit inside, but anything larger will probably wouldn't fit. Most of the doodle patterns look much better colored in, but I'm pleased to see that I will actually use many more of these stencils than I thought I would. I really only bought this entire pack for the vertical and horizontal line stencil (see photographs) to make a habit tracker with even check-boxes, but the calendars, box outlines, shapes, weather symbols, and water droplets (for tracking hydration) will also be useful every single day in my journal, and I can see myself using a lot of the others at least every once in awhile for small decorations and accents. I'm really pleased, and the stickers are a cute little bonus!My only complaint would be that the stencils do have an awful chemical smell, but I'm sure they will air out a bit, in time. Otherwise, they are very easy to use, easy to wash, and they have some great patterns! Highly recommended!

I like these simple stencils and was really excited to use them in my bullet journal. There are tons of options and ideas included. There are also some fun seasonal stickers that are fun to play with. I will use this set quite a bit!

Really odd odor. Comes with a lot of different styles the smells is just the worst part

The plastic smell was awful, I soaked them in a sink of soapy water for awhile and the smell finally went away. These are great for bullet journals

They smell so so bad. It’s like the manufacturer sprayed them with some really strong perfume or something to hide a chemical smell maybe? It’s hard to explain but the best I can do is musty grandma perfume. I’ve tried washing them in dish soap and they still stink. I will likely have to throw them away.
