The best thing ever.
What a brilliant idea. I didn't have a blocked nose per se, but I did have trouble breathing when lying down at night, and also a nasty cough that kept waking me up. I was looking for a steam type inhaler on Amazon when my eye caught this and thought I would give it a go. It worked straight away, no trouble breathing and no coughing. Will recommend this to all my friends.

Works, but painful the next day
So, these did actually help to open airways and ease snoring. However, they're pretty uncomfortable to wear and two days later I have what feels like scabs/grazes inside septum. Puts me off wearing them again

Wishing for a larger size.
Used be able to get different sizes.I find these latest "one size fits all" uncomfortable and to small .However, they work during the sleep hours , but next morning my nose feels "abused"
