good quality • 4”x3” is actually 4.5”x3.5”
i bought the 4”-3” ever connect 4836.good quality thick rubber & clamp rings.sizes ARE accurate to PVC pipe.so not 4” to 3” but 4.5” to 3.5” which is what i bought it for.based on other reviews, i was hesitant to order due to sizing complaints.i wish the seller would also include actual dimensions of the openings.
