INCREDIBLE DEVICE
After using this for a few weeks, I’ve gotta say—this thing is a beast for forearm and upper body training. I read some reviews before buying, but they didn’t quite capture how effective (and addicting) this little device actually is. So here’s my honest, detailed breakdown: [Build & Design] The construction is solid—full metal body, smooth bearing rotation, and a real sense of durability. These aren’t cheap plastic spinners. The weight feels just right in hand and the grip is comfortable even when your forearms are screaming. The grip texture gives you enough control without tearing your hands up. [Adjustable Resistance] This is what separates this tool from a lot of the junk out there. You can adjust the resistance with a simple twist mechanism. Crank it up, and your shoulders, wrists, and grip will feel it in no time. Drop it back down and it’s a smooth burn—great for warmups or rehab. Super versatile. [Functionality & Use] You’re working all the little stabilizers in your arms and shoulders with this thing. It’s like a forearm blaster, grip trainer, and shoulder stabilizer all in one. I use it mostly for: Post-jiu-jitsu recovery Shoulder stability work Forearm pump before lifts Keeping my wrists strong for grappling and boxing Pro tip: go slow and controlled—don't treat it like a toy or you'll wear yourself out in 60 seconds flat. [Noise & Movement] It’s surprisingly quiet. The internal mechanics don’t rattle or click like some cheaper versions. Rotation is smooth and predictable. No weird wobble, even when you turn up the resistance. [Storage & Portability] Doesn’t take up much room, and it fits in my gym bag easily. If you travel and still want to get upper body activation, this is perfect. [Final Verdict] If you’re serious about grip strength, injury prevention, or just want to add something different to your routine, this is absolutely worth it. I was skeptical at first, but now it’s part of my regular workouts. I’ve already recommended it to three training partners. Would I buy it again? No doubt.

Perfect!
If you're looking for cardio and to build your endurance keeping your hands up for LONG periods of time like for boxing, I suggest getting the lighter one. For me, the heavier one is for weight training and more for building your shoulders. This particular weight (18lbs) is pretty heavy once you lift it above your shoulders doing 40 reps. It's more for the intermediate to expert weight trainer. But honestly, if you're a boxer I suggest getting both. Use the lighter one for maximum endurance (10x40-50) and finish it off with a few reps (3x40) of the heavier one. It's really solid, feels like a professional gym equipment. Pair perfectly with my PowerBlock. Gives you every nice burn and pump.

Solid piece of equipment, feel the burn
This (18 lb.) rotator is solidly constructed, all metal, durable, and quiet. It rotates smoothly. The rotator may not have a wide enough diameter for someone with large hands and the tension adjustment knobs seem to add little to no additional tension. Use it to finish off arm workouts or by itself with multiple sets either way , holding at different levels while rotating(e.g., above, face-level, chest, waist, below waist) or moving it up and down continuously while rotating and/or changing direction of rotation. Took one star off for lack of tension adjustment.

Mat Fraser recommened this and I can see why
I love this piece of gear. I go 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off as hard as possible at eye level for 10 minutes. Burns like you can't believe for the last minute or two. Great workout. I am mostly a grappler but got into boxing recently so have been working on my strength and speed striking. This helps. It is a cool, durable, overbuilt hunk of steel that is great to keep handy at work to sneak in a little workout when you can.

Usefulness
Totally great product. If this is not part of your exercise regiment, it should be. I had a much lighter version of this because I would not sure if it would be good or not. This thing absolutely kicks ass.

Gives a good workout but resistance isn’t tough at all
Good addition to my work out equipment. I would give it 5 stars if the resistance was difficult. Seems like the difficulty doesn’t change much when I adjust it as far as it goes in either direction.

Best forearm workout ever👌
Unique piece of quality made contraption.l! Won't deny that I thought this plaything might of become another waste of useless workout toys out there. Boy, was I wrong. For one, it works 💪...you will feel the burn. Guaranteed. The more often you work it. The more you'll not only last longer but see and feel increased performance.
