HYPERLITE Groplanner GP1500 Grow Light Dasiy Chain Upgrade Kit, After Installation Can Increase The Planting Area.Suitable for 150w (Manual/app Dimming Version)

I am growing a herbaceous weed (not cannabis) in a 3x3x6 ft grow tent and I am using two of these lamps for lighting. They seem to be well built, very bright and do not generate much heat. The Tuya home app is surprisingly good and with it you can dim the lights or set a schedule, which I do use. There is the option to daisy chain the lamps but I haven’t bothered to. Each comes with two sets of pulleys for mounting which are fairly basic but do the job.Initially, I followed the included instructions with respect to positioning the lights. My plants were flowering so I had the light about 8 inches overhead. Evidently that was way too close for my plants because they turned yellow within 3 days. At that distance, ppfd was >3000 umol/m^2/s. I’ve since raised the lights and the plants have recovered. As with these things, light intensity drops off with distance squared so the lower leaves get much less light. I purchased some cheap lamps to keep near soil height to compensate. The leaf damage in my photo is due to fertilizer burn, not lighting.This lamp is frequently discounted 50% ($50 usd) so wait for a coupon if you can. They usually appear every couple of days.Overall, this lamp is great value. I’ve purchased four of them. I am a researcher, not a cannabis grower, and for my purposes this is doing just the trick.

I bought this when my $300 2x2 light failed on me. And the performance on this light is far superior than my $300 light.1) the build is solid. You'll first notice the light itself is about 6lbs (i think) , so its heavy BUT, they give you wire hangers, not flimsy nylon threads.2) the PARs on this reach required levels to flower. And they tend to be evenly dispersed throughout, more so than my expensive light.3) at 120w this light is at worst warm when touching the heat sync, almost how an old smart phone feels when you've been on it fjr 2+ hours and are at < 10% battery life.4) many of these more expensive name brand lights charge so high because they're using Samsung diodes. The ones are these lights are proprietary to GroPlanner and I must say my plants enjoy them more than any Samsung light.5) there's a protective plexiglass layer on top of the diodes to prevent monster buildup and damage in case the light drops.6) if you get the app controlled version, the app is super simple and intuitive to operate.This is a high quality LED grow light for the price. Ill keep buying them as long as they keep making them (please don't stop).

I have used these lights for my indoor flower garden. They perform wonderfully and produce great vegetation and flower. They are easy to install like all other similar grow lights. Being app dimmable makes it super easy to tailor light intensity for different growth stages without having to raise or lower lights. I haven’t ran into issues with the app, although I wish it worked on WiFi rather than Bluetooth. I typically do not run these at 100% since they are 150 watts. Running at about 70%, they never get hot. Even at 100% they stay cooler than most 100 watt lights I’ve used. At regular price ($60) these are a bargain. When on sale, you can’t pass them up. I have three of these lights now and haven’t had any issues.

I love plants and have experience growing all kinds of plants with powerful artificial light. This lamp is the best I've had. I'm so happy with it! I got the first one to have additional light for my palm trees in the winter and as I'm writing this review I'm ordering the 2nd one for my other plants.Super bright! I'm not sure if it's really 25000 lumens, as this would be the maximum possible light output per watt possible today, but I'm sure it's at least 15000 lumens. I have another 13500 lumen lamp and this one is significantly brighter (I checked the light output with my lux meter).I like the spectrum (color temperatures). I love that it doesn't have fans, it just has a good radiator, which is enough to cool it, so it's silent. And I like that it has an app so you can control the brightness or the schedule, etc.As I said, this is absolutely the best 150W lamp in my experience and I think it should cost 2 or 3 times more.Very highly recommended!

Great build quality, light is really bright and the plants are loving it. Amazing functionality as you can set light schedules and control dimming right from your mobile device. Also has a daisy chain function I will be using very soon as I plan to buy another!

Absolutely best bang for buck at this price point.Packaging was sturdy and strong. Great box and product pictures. Contents were packed away nicely, nothing was loose or rattling around.The product information booklet is fantastic, although a few typos. I like that it explained what each colour temperature is used for, and how it is applied within this light.Construction is very sturdy. The plugs have covers for when you're not daisy changing, or using them to prevent dust or debris from entering. The integrated heatsink is fantastic, no need to worry about burnout. The water proof poly carb is a great touch as well. It will ensure moisture stays out of the places it doesn't need to be.Also, the fact you can daisy chain 4 of these to make a 600w light for a fraction of what an hlg 550 costs. Incredible value and performance. I recommended this light to several friends and colleagues. You, the reader, I don't even know you, but I 100% recommend this light.

This is a great light! It’s maximum potential is in flowering stage of growth, as it’s has a deep red and yellow spectrum mostly along with the white light for veg it will be best for budding large dense buds. I had to buy all 4 panels because this is so nice of a light with wifi capabilities and dimmer and timer all from your phone I highly recommend this product to any growers.

I ran a auto on the light and have 2 photos currently. Keep them at least 18 inches away when using full power. Learn about DLI! The heat isn't crazy but you will notice the thing on hotter days depending on grow room style. I have not ran into any issues with the light other then if you move it you will need to reconnect it to the app

Doesn't have an on/off switch, probably since its made to connect many lights on to a power bar with a switch or timer.
