It's a good exercise thing I will definitely recommend. It took me some good 4weeks or more getting around it cos I didn't have the time to practise frequently. But once I got the hang of it, that was it, it became easy. It does actually work I must say (depending on how much you do it and how much you eat). I have fat around my belly or should I say I have quite big tummy but using this helps reduce inches and not only that, I feel good the next day when I wake up after using this the previous day. I took out one of my housecoats I haven't worn in 6months cos it was tight and I was amazed it fit so easily. And I don't even do it often. I probably do like once a week atleast. Sometimes twice. Meaning that if I actually do it more frequently, I will get better results. This thing is good, I must say. Sometimes I sweat when I use it, especially when i start getting to 10mins, and some other times, I don't especially if im not really serious with it, like, doing and stopping frequently. This hula hoop has so many advantages. It tones the legs, the bum, the thighs, then your tummy of cos. So it's a win win. If you buy it and can't get the grasp of it, just keep trying. It will come together with time. Don't worry about people who say they got the grasp after 2days, nah.UPDATE 17.8.23; Now I have gained back my strength by using this hula hoop. I'm becoming fit again and more confident. I now endeavour to do this atleast 4x a week, 10-30mins each time, plus the sit ups. I actually ended up joining a class on tiktok that does hooping, I think they're called Be.HH if I'm not mistaken. They made the journey easier for me. Sometimes we go like 100 hooping at a go, or 200. Love the challenge. I ended up losing a link. Cldnt believe it. I used to think people made these things up about losing a link. Losing a link is equivalent to losing 3inches, so the be.hh people said. Sad news is, I stepped on my hula and it broke but then I already purchased the silent one that comes with the calorie counter and so on anyway and that's the one I'm using now. Even better. Makes no noise. Lighter but does the same job. And I've regained my fitness that I had to now buy a sit up ab cruncher to even take the journey one step further. Cldnt do sit ups before cos I can't lift myself off the floor 🤣 I tell ya (I'm size 22 😀 so you see, I need these things) but with this, I'm doing it and I'm not backing down. I even bought a non-slip mat for all these. My point is, this hula hoop placed me on a good footing and now, I have the strength to do other things. This Be.HH people also do other slimming exercise daily which I join occasionally but as you can imagine, it can get challenging so I can't participate in all a dem. Hopefully, I'll get there sometime. I'll definitely recommend this cos it makes me sweat when I use it.

I didn't realise how unfit I was until I used this.15 minutes of exercise had me aching the following day.It is easy to use and adjust , plus you get a cooling towel with it.

I've had a weighted hoop for years and decided to try a smart hoop.The cons are it's very noisy and can be tricky to click the bits together. You need to really make sure you've connected it properly or it comes apart and fly across the room. I always double check it now and it has not come apart since.Pros, it's much comfier than a traditional hoop and it gives you a better work out. I can smart hula for longer as it just feels nicer.

Great product reasonably priced

I started ‘hooping’ on 18/01/23, do at least 30 minutes every single day and absolutely love it, however this is my third smart hoop since and they have all broken.My first was the same as this and the wheels came off . I couldn’t request a replacement because I’d had this a while before I started using it.I then bought the Kmart pro because it was said to be quieter .. but the clips kept chipping inside (I replaced them all with my spare ones but it kept happening) and this was damaging the wheels as it no longer ran smoothly. I contacted Kmart and they kindly sent me 6/8 replacement clips and a new wheel set. I used them all but within days just kept chipping again.I bought this one on 5 April and for the last couple of days it’s been feeling ‘lumpy’ and leaving a powdered residue around my waist so I knew the wheels were on their way out again. Yesterday a wheel came off and unfortunately cannot be fixed. I don’t know what to do because I love using this every day but cannot keep buying a hoop every month. I’ve found some replacement wheel sets on Amazon and so have ordered 3 sets but it’s getting to be a very expensive exercise routine.

Great product, easy to use, very easy to set to the size required. Enthusiastically used by the ladies in the house for the first couple months, then left around for a few weeks, then made into stop box and makes an occasional appearance. But it is a great product :-)

Exercise with fun, great!

The cooling towel is crazy, followed instructions and it’s still cold over 24 hours later, will be interesting to see if it’s the same in hot weather! As for the hoop, it’s only been a couple of days, it was easy to assemble, size and put together, (I liked this one over others as it had more pieces, and I was worried about it fitting but 24 was more than enough ) I’m used to regular hula hoops and this works slightly different, but only took about 5 minutes to get in a regular rhythm with it, and was able to keep it going for 20mins. It feels a bit strange but didn’t hurt, I will say after 20 mins my heart rate wasn’t as high as it would be with a regular one, and work up as much of a sweat, so time will tell how effective it is for weight loss/toning, will give it a few weeks and come edit review!

At 1st I couldn’t get the groove of it but then I removed a link and it felt super tight which was 18links and then I got the groove quickly moving my hips in motion, it was such a great workout I absolutely love this smart Hula can’t wait to see results!!!

I received my hula hoop today.I couldn't do about 2 minutes at first.I waited a couple hours put some fast music on and 5 minutes. I feel the burn every where.I can't wait until I can start taken links out( when my stomach gets smaller)

Vorneweg - Klar, er ist nicht gerade leise. Aber er ist bei weitem nicht so laut, dass es irgendwie stören würde. Nach einer Zeit überhört man das gleichmäßige Geräusch sogar.Man braucht natürlich auch Platz um sich herum! Das sollte einem beim Kauf solcher Hoops aber klar sein, das Gewicht an der Schnur hat eben einen Schwungradius den man mit kalkulieren muss.Ich persönlich bin mit dem Hoop sehr zufrieden! Endlich mal einer der auch mir als übergewichtigen Person (derzeit 140kg) passt! Hoffentlich wird es mit der zusätzlichen Bewegung bald noch weniger ;)Einzig am Rundenzähler sollte vielleicht noch etwas gefeilt werden, der läuft nicht ganz genau. Das kann ich aber absolut verzeihen da ich ohnehin eher auf Zeit trainiere.

Super pour faire du sport de façon ludique. Le leste est suffisant lourd. Le compteur hyper pratique. Par contre cela reste bruyant.

Llevo practicando deporte toda mi vida y despues de tres dias de uso intensivo (una hora seguida) de este "juguete" tengo la total seguridad de que no aporta ningun beneficio mas del que se puede obtener caminando.Por otro lado me gustaria destacar que es incomodo (las piezas de plastico en alrededor de la cintura se terminan clavando), que la parte movil (en solo tres dias) ha comenzado a desgastarse por el rozamiento, y que hace bastante ruido.No recomiendo su compra.
