I bought 3 packets of lemon ones on because at work we can only have a drink when on break so it's easy to get dehydrated. I've been having 2 tablets in a shift for the past five days and wasn't sure if there was any effect until someone here in the comments mentioned no swollen legs anymore so i looked at my legs, and my ankles are smallest i've seen them in years. I haven't even realised i was old enough to be retaining that much fluid in my lower legs but the tablets definitely work well. Only the taste is not very nice

Hydration, while using ORS i never have any problems with Hydration, they are five star

Bought these years ago for our trip to Vegas showing we’d be jet lagged and having a few drinks. They’re amazing. Drink these in a glass of water before bed and you feel right as rain in the morning!

I use this when out hiking in the hot weather as otherwise I suffer In the heat. Pleasant taste. Also good to keep in stock if you suffer from food poisoning to rehydrate.
