This book was requested by my son who is an enthusiastic guitar player. He is happy with the content of the book and declares it 'just what he wanted'. All in all, a very successful Xmas pressie.

i have little else to say really. it does help you ahve a better understanding of his play style but a lot of the songss dont sound the way they sound on the album.great if your brushing up on your skills but dont hope to be playing like newton any time soon just for learning from it =/

Extremely helpful book for anyone TRYING to learn to play Newton's songs - highly recommended!

To be honest, I expected a little more than just badly scanned pages. The scans are also poorly resized meaning the pages appear fuzzy and unclear - which for a music book is such a failure.Thankfully I can still make out the notes so it's not been a waste of money but I feel very disappointed that such little care and effort has been put into a format that more and more people will be using.
