Perfect Shokupan Pan
The pan is a great size. It came in good condition. I seasoned the pan using the directions by “Just One Cookbook” and my bread came out perfect.

Perfect pan for pan
Pan is just as expected and was the right size for a 1.5 kin loaf. Needs careful cleaning and drying, as it is not nonstick, but for the price it is very well made and sturdy.

Don't buy the Teflon coated stuff. Please, buy this instead.

I looked all over to find one that was not coated... it is hard! This is awesome!

Rust
I love this product but I’ve to wash this product a lot before use due to the black grease on it. After getting it off this product bakes well. You do have to put in some work to prevent rust. If you wash it and don’t dry it completely you’ll see the rust. Overall decent product to make Japanese soft bread

Perfect for making Japanes bread!

Perfect for shokupan
Great size for Japanese milk bread/shokupan! It's not non-stick and you do need to season the pan prior to use, but I haven't had any issues with sticking so far. After seasoning, you are not supposed to wash the pan again (just wipe clean). Just One Cookbook's shokupan recipe fits the pan perfectly.
