The book we all needed!
Being diagnosed with celiac in college, in 2011, made me share in the journey of feeling alone. I was damned if I spoke up about being GF and damned if I didn't. SO many people wanted to help and offered to cook GF, but really didn't have the tools to do it and thus, I felt guilty all the time of either eating the not-so GF food anyway because they tried and feeling sick, or feeling like a jerk for telling them I couldn't eat the food. Mostly I would just betray myself and eat gluten and then feel mad at myself. This book not only has AMAZING recipes and tools for how to truly cook GF safely, but a lot of potent health and wellness information that we should all know!!! I am so happy this book exists!

Incredible food even for someone who is not strictly GF
I absolutely LOVED this cookbook even as someone who is not strictly GF. These recipes are easy to follow, healthy and most importantly, delicious. The educational content mixed into this cookbook about minerals, sourcing your food, and more is my favorite part and indispensable for anyone on a health journey! Do not wait on this one!!!

This is a must have
I love this book! The science behind celiac and gut health combined with a huge variety of recipes makes for a great read and the perfect addition to the kitchen. As someone who is VERY into gut health I loved learning more about the science. As someone who LOVES to cook I cannot wait to try all of these recipes! I’ve tried many of Meg’s recipes from her blog before but I am thrilled to have a whole collection at my finger tips with this book. On top of all that the pictures of the dishes in here are drool worthy. Great work Meg! This is a must-have for anyone with GF people in their life or who likes a delicious recipe GF or not.

An easy to read wealth of information
This is a must have for anyone dealing with Celiac and gluten issues. I found it so easy to read. It's like having a conversation with a friend who knows her stuff! The author was well educated on the subject and has been through this personally. I feel this would be such a helpful reference if you wonder how to have a healthier life and handle gluten sensitivities. The recipes look amazing and I plan to try them soon. Amazing, DELICIOUS, super easy recipes (even for non-GF!)
I have the fortune of knowing Meg personally and have seen her working on this journey to write this book over the past year, and as part of that, the lucky honor of getting to sample a bunch of these recipes as she was testing and perfecting everything. I have been truly blown away by how delicious everything is, especially since these are all recipes that feel so accessible. While I eat GF, I always bring extra samples of Meg's creations back to my boyfriend who is not GF and he is always blown away and says Meg should be opening a shop to sell these. So much more than just a cookbook!
This is a must for anyone that's been dealing with gut health limitations. There is SO much value in this work of art and it's so much more than just a cookbook. Meg shares helpful information from her journey as well as the science behind digestion, nutrition, stress, and more! As a holistic pelvic floor physical therapist myself, I see many clients that haven't gotten answers for their symptoms because their providers aren't looking at the full picture of their unique body and situation. Matching up our internal systems and optimizing function with our external body and how we feel is so important and this will be a resource I share with many clients for years to come. This book is an incredible resource for anyone with celiac disease or for individuals following a gluten free diet for any reason. Not only is this an amazing resource for approachable, nutrient dense, and delicious GF recipes....the nutrition education, lifestyle tips, and gut health info Meg shares go above and beyond. I'm a functional dietitian myself and cannot wait to share this resource with clients!!
