Item didn’t work at all
I attempted to install the item in several different spots. I wiped the areas to insure they were clean and couldn’t get the grips to install. I tried several times with both grips in several different areas, tiled spots as well as regular walls, to no avail. I made sure I followed the instructions completely. I managed one time to install it on the regular wall but it just fell down after 3 minutes. I’m afraid the grips were useless for me.

Suction cups slipped
When I read the other reviews I saw that some people had trouble with the suction cups slipping and others didn't. I decided to give it a try anyway.My first shower, the suction cups held firmly and I was delighted. I wanted them for balance when turning around in my very tiny tub/shower. The next day, one of the suction cups was loose! While I still could use it for balance, it disappointedly wasn't sturdy.I'm going to try to super glue them in place as I don't need them to be portable.

Test before using
These work great, however I do have a problem with one randomly falling off. I always check to make sure they are secure before I get in the shower. The suction is very firm when they do stay stuck on.

Disappointed
recently purchased this bath handles but find that it could not firmly. Even after cleaning with the marble wall and handle with alcohol pads, it will still easily come loose and fall. I had to throw it away for fear that it would hit my cat if it fell again.
