I tried this because it was rated best buy by amazon. I've used Agrestis for a while but always from Nutri Nature and it always works well. However, in my experience, this version does nothing.

Been taking these daily for a couple of weeks and haven't noticed much difference to energy or libido, though they might be helping with muscle mass. It's hard to attribute any change to a supplement, far more likely to be a result of a change in working out schedule or regimen. If there's been any benefit so far it's been minimal and less than I've noticed in the past from taking similarly targeted supplements like Tribulus Terrestris.They're easy to take medium-large capsules with no obvious taste or odour and no burp-back afterwards, though I take mine with food to avoid that. Fadogia Agrestis is known to cause stomach upsets in some people but I've been fine so far. It might be too soon to judge, the effects can take a few weeks to fully appear, but so far I'm on the fence with this one.

So this is quite an interesting supplement which is getting a bit of attention, especially for the people who go to a gym. And from quite well-known podcasters. As it has the possible potential to be a testosterone booster. Which means it could increase strength muscle mass etc. However, it still needs to get more studies to be done on its effectiveness, as well as its side effects. So before using it keep what in mind.In the bottle, you get 60 capsules. the recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules a day so it could last from 1 month to even 2 if using just one capsule a day. They are quite small and easy to swallow.After using a few days of taking maybe there was a small increase in energy but again it could be anything else as well.Overall it's a supplement which has very little research and could have potential side effects. But if you go to the gym and try to increase your strength or muscle mass it's safer to try herbal supplements which could increase testosterone than synthetic ones.
