Danica Studio Pencil Tin Box, Bicicletta

I used this adorable metal pencil box as a diy makeup pallette and travel case. It holds my depotted makeup with stick on magnets in the lid and has plenty of space for the rest of my essential makeup and brushes. The previous problem with the box being crooked (from other reviews) has been fixed! They added two small ledges that help the lid line up perfectly when closed. It opens and closes smoothly and feels secure.

Purchased this tin box to place cigars in at my father’s memorial. He used to ride a bicycle years ago while working as a product manufacturer. The tin box was a decent width and length to fit the cigars in as my father smoked cigars. This trinket turned out to be very helpful when tributing a loved one in a creative way! I highly recommend this item.

This pencil tin arrived smashed shut, so bent out of shape that it cannot be opened. Also, latch was completely broken off. Amazon just threw it into a box with no padding or protection, as they unfortunately often do. However, since the shipping box itself shows no sign of damage, I assume the item was already damaged before it was packed. I've had this kind of experience with Amazon several times now, and it's extremely frustrating. They won't send you a replacement or a refund unless you repack and ship the damaged item back. In this case, it's not worth the trouble. In addition, the color is way off. In the photo, it looks like a cheerful, slightly glossy yellowish orange. In reality, it's a dull, matte mustard color. Do they think the customer won't notice or mind? Despite the color, it's still a cute box and I was looking forward to using it with my art supplies. But that's not going to happen. Very disappointing. Amazon Prime can seem like a bargain. But not when the merchandise is bargain basement junk. Time to shop somewhere else.

Great quality, minimalist yet chic design.The clip and lever are very durable as well. Overall, a great pencil box!

So far I own three of these. This one, The Adventure Awaits, came with a broken clasp. But it still stays closed enough for my purposes that I didn't bother to send it back. These are well made, not flimsy in the least and hold more than you would think.Currently the three I have are being used for make up, skin care and nail tools which I keep in bedroom, bathroom and living area ... so I can grab them quickly and do a refresh in the moment.I couldn't be happier and will most like be ordering more when their is a need.Also, this particular one is stunning and can go with any decor.

I can see what people mean about the box not closing evenly, but it’s really really not a big deal, and I don’t mind. I love this little tin box. I wanted something long enough to fit my tombow dual brush pen markers and more, this is perfect. It’s super cute sitting on my shelf. I would say though, that the colors are darker than the photos show, but I still love my little tin box. Holds a lot too!

I was really looking forward to getting this. I really like the color and the decoration but it arrived with this awful sticker right on the top of it. It wasn’t easy to remove so I had to use some solvent and “elbow grease” to get it off. I just couldn’t understand why they would put that sticker with such a strong adhesive right in the middle of the lid.

I had this pencil case in a different design from TK Maxx and used it everyday for at least 4 years. It has been banging around in my bag, eventually the clip broke 💔. I am very happy to have found another one.

I would give this 5 stars, just for how much I love the colour and the design. Unfortunately the lid and latch are both a bit wonky and it doesn’t close securely at all. Fine if you just want to leave it out on a table or shelf, but I feel like throwing it in a bag to take with you would just result in all the contents ending up in the bottom of your bag.

Received broken. Fixed it to an extent but the latch falls off all the time and can't get it secure. Upset I wasted $30 when I could have bought another vaultz that's actually secure. Id return it, but I don't feel like spending money to return an item, and hope they receive it, and give me a refund. i just wanted my money back. I bought for my daughter and there no way she'd be able to use it's delicate latch if I can't.

Sturdy cute little pencil case. Big enough to hold all my son’s crayons, scissors and brushes. Adorable design. Well made.
