My first drama roller (0.3mm) so unsure of what to expect. Only used once so far as I want to start gently.Bought in conjunction with The Ordinary Buffett serum to try & get some good quality skincare & had heard this helps with efficacy.Slightly prickly but not painful, feels slightly like sunburn after use.Mainly concern is how to sterilize after use, I bought surgical spirit as recommended but the plastic barrel of the dream roller felt sticky Afterwards so I think the surgical spirit is melting the roller.

I can't comment on long term results as only received today, initially thought the needles were too blunt to even penetrate my skin, but after being a bit savage with it on my leg, I wished I'd been gentler.......oops lol! I don't normally trust Chinese products (no offense intended here) but thought I'd give it a go anyway. Also might be worth mentioning that it doesn't look like proper medical grade metal, it's a bit dull and industrial looking so not sure of long term results/damage this will have as I'm not sure what I'm actually busting through my skin with! Could be made using unsafe metal combos (The terrible grammar on the packaging doesn't instill much confidence in the product either!) Leaves your skin feeling like slight sunburn, and will probably look like sunburn for a few days so bear in mind if your doing it on your face or other visible places! If the results are somewhat pleasing I will buy a proper Dr derma roller for £90

I have been using the 1.5mm roller but this one was so easy to use I'm now a convert. It smoothly pierced my skin, didn't snag, didn't hurt (I used numbing cream though with this length!) and it gave a great result. Did get much more flaky skin after day 2 given the deeper penetration of the roller, but for me more evidence that it's working. Goodbye 1.5 hello 2mm roller!

Personally, I didn't like using this, it caused pigmentation which took quite a while to go down and I didn't see any improvements in my stretch marks. I had dermarolling done at a salon too, around 6 months ago for the stretch marks on my breasts and I was left with permanent pigmentation marks due to it..go with caution

Happy with this - it works as described and I like the results so far after using once a week for about a month (used in conjunction with over-the-counter numbing cream applied about one hour before rolling).Product has improved the tone of my face's skin and noticeably reduced blemishes and wrinkles. I also have a 1.5mm roller.Product arrived on time. Would recommend product and seller.

I have used this for a few months and it works very well. I have longer thicker hair so I needed longer needles and so it was perfect for me.
