Bought these to use in a portable urinal bottle for my elderly father. They work very well and I can leave him alone, knowing there won't be a mess if he accidentally knocks his bottle over.

These do what is claimed, although I find you need twice the quantity it says you need. It's a clever product and makes moving unspeakable liquids about much simpler for disposal down the loo. They are quite expensive though for what they are, hence 4 stars, it would have been 3.5 stars, I though just 3 too harsh. If you need this sort of thing, it will do what you want it to do.

Excellent product soaks up liquids and urine, eliminates spills, very easy to use just put the whole sachet in a urine bottle and let it do it's work.Excellent company to buy from and delivered before expected

Someone from the hospital gave us a couple of these, they turn urine into a wallpaper paste consistency and stops the urine flopping on to the floor from whatever utensil is being used to pee in to. It does say up to 350 ml and so I put two in the utensil each time. I then add water to the 'wallpaper paste' and flush it down the loo. I can't explain why but it makes the task a lot less yucky!

Fantastic, got these to use with a bog in a bag as the replacement bags are 90p each and dont hold a BIG wee.Great thing about these is that you can use 1 2 or 3 depending on how big your bladder is. Much improved product over my last order, fiddling with small plastic bags was annoying.

Stops spillage from bottles and reduces risks from knocking over or dropping the bottles, the only problem being it was compressed tightly in a lot of the individual sachets rather than a loose package and had to be worked at to get out of sackage.

I found the first box very good but the last two boxes half of them have been solid and my wife has had to try and separate themI think they should be checked well before they are sent to customers
