These Corner L Shape Bracket Joint Plates are ideal for all of your DIY Table top Digital Manufacturing projects. 3D Printers, Laser etchers, CNC routers, and automation of all kinds including robots. You can buy all the extrusion you need but you must have the fitting and connects needed to assemble your project. These L Shape brackets make the corners of any frame very strong. In most cases you can do it without these parts. The are quick and easy to install. These must be in the DIY machine builders tool box.

This bracket kit comes in a tiny box. That tiny box contains everything you need to brace up your aluminum extrusion project. You get the brackets, the M5 button head hex screws, the t-nuts, and a hex Allen wrench to boot. Open the box, unwrap the brackets, and slap them onto your project. The quality appears to be very good, and they look great. I tried a couple of the screws and nuts, and they went together smoothly with no binding. The hole spacing is spot on for my 2020 aluminum. I have a couple of projects in mind for these. First and foremost is my small CNC build. While these won't be providing the primary bracing, they will add an extra layer of rigidity and some heft to the build. This is a solid kit at a good price. Highly recommended.

I'm fairly new to the world of building with aluminum extrusions. As a newbie, it's nice to have products like this that just work straight off the shelf with no modifications or fiddling around.These angle brackets are pre-drilled and nicely powder-coated with a slightly textured finish. They look nice. The hardware is exactly the right length for my 20x20mm extrusions, and the captured nuts fit nicely within the T-slot on the extrusion. The kit also includes a metric hex key - in case you need one.I also appreciate that there is an exact 1:1 match between the brackets and hardware in the kit.Overall, hard to go wrong with this kit, especially for a beginner such as myself who isn't entirely sure what all is required.

A couple of the brackets showed up with blemishes/scratches. I was able to put them in a place where you can't see them, but I was disappointed that they did not all look nice.

These are all consistently sized and shaped. The finish/coating is nice and smooth and free of any imperfections or blemishes. The holes are clean and even. They are quality made and are sturdy/solid. All the hardware and screws you need are included.

These corner brackets have a nice fit-and-finish.The black anodizing is uniform and dark.They are punched from 3.65mm aluminum plate. You can see the burnish and fracture marks in the holes, but the edges of the plate have been ground smooth and square. There are no burrs anywhere to be seen or felt with a fingertip. The surfaces are dead flat.The holes are 5.25mm, which is very close clearance for a 5mm bolt. Desirable since that reduces play between the attached 2020 rails and keeps things as square as possible.The included M5 t-nuts and bolts are typical import grade.The bolts are button head, which I prefer as they are much lower profile than cap screws. They require a 3mm hex wrench, and one is included.
