Love this and my son took to it fairly quickly. I would highly recommend this item for parents with nonverbal children! its a great value, easily programable and the size makes it super easy to find if it gets misplaced or hidden......A side note for the parents of nonverbal children, we also use programable buttons to stick on the wall or floor.

the special voice i try to record keeps setting back to the computer voice whenever it is turned off which is frustrating
