Faulty Nozzles
First time trying this product. I got about 12 breaths total from the first can before it was empty. The second can I tried to meter the Oxygen flow more slowly by slightly depressing the trigger. After the 6th breath, the nozzle itself seemed to start metering the oxygen flow. It came out very slowly regardless of how far back the trigger was squeezed. It has been doing that ever since. I realized this is probably how it was meant to work all along. It appears the nozzles metering function was initially in a โstuckโ condition, allowing the oxygen to come out full blast when the trigger was squeezed- thereby wasting a lot of the contents. It appears I cannot return this item as it is an aerosolโฆ

Two Pack gets a 50/50
Like another reviewer I'm waiting to see if one of two of the canisters is replaced. One worked fine. I used it when I felt the need. When I went to use the second canister it didn't work and it was past the return date.So far the company's response has been sending me information on using the canister. Which having used the first one already wasn't really informative. So at this time my rating is three. Which could go up or down depending on further response from the company. If they replace the canister it would go up. (or refund half the cost about $17) If they do nothing it will go down. Will update what develops going forward.

Best used when out of breath after running a few miles..
What people are not understanding is that this works best when you are really breathing hard after performing an exercise. It wont do much if you just take some hits for no reason. I use it exclusively after I run a few miles. As soon as I am done and I am really out of breath I take 10 hits and it is amazing how much quicker I am able to catch my breath! I never leave reviews, but people just don't get that it does work, but only when you are really out of breath. I mean look at athletes on the sideline after running a long sprint on a play. You will often see them using oxygen on the sideline to catch their breath! I will always use this after running a few miles because instead of panting like crazy I can just catch my breath in 60 seconds.

Makes a difference but not a huge one
So, the back of my home has about a 125 foot steep hill. When I'm doing yard work in that area on a hot/humid day and walk up that hill to the house, I'm sometimes out of breathe. Contractors visiting that area said "you gotta be a goat" to traverse that hill. Anyway, when I get to the top, I take about 3 puffs of OXygen and it seems to help me (I'm in my 70s) regain my breathe and energy.

O2 when you need it
We had some terrible smoke here in L.A.. Even with the masks and the staying in doors, I felt like my lungs were coated and the oxygen exchange was compromised. I bought these, and when my chest was feeling tight, took about 6 or 7 deep breathes. Felt cleansing. It helped that I took long ,deep breathes, but that wouldn't have been possible with the air quality.Keeping a full bottle with my emergency supplies. It isn't like a tank or concentrator. Not meant for dependent users. Just nice to have in case.
