Brookite 3m Telescopic Windsock Pole

It's actually a 2.7m pole!This may come across a little pedantic but 2.7m is not 3m.The pole itself is actually decent, says on the pole rated to 20mph/250g weight...that's not much wind, but with a flag on, I am sure it will bend like a bugger in a 20mph wind, so it may be right, but I would guess it would survive a higher wind speed.I think this is a decently made pole, albeit a tad short of 3m, but that might not bother many folk, I would recommend this pole.

Really good item, but snapped in the wind when we first used it :( make sure you take it down in high winds.

Did the job. But did feel the postage was a bit steep. It coast just as much as the product.

it didn't stop the windsock from wrapping itself around the pole, so was no better than my broom handle in the flagpole holder - furthermore the advice that came with it was not to use it on a windy day - it's a wind sock!!

The pole is on a houseboat mooring. I purchased this item in 2010 and it has lasted, outside in all conditions, since then! I can't recommend it enough!
