Perfect for in the car or on the go
These are really great to have for travelling or for taking out and about for injuries. They are 15x15cm which isn't the largest in the world but it is also not small. With a larger injury they probably wouldn't cover the entire area of what you would want it to. These are really quick and simple to use and in the moment they are very easy to activate, you find the pouch inside, hold pressure until the small pouch inside bursts and then shake. This instantly will make the pack feel ice cold which offers a great cooling feeling on the skin just as if you got it out the freezer. This pack lasts for around 25 minutes until it is about room temperature or just a little cold.I find these to be really effective. I use mine to help me with grounding when I am feeling overwhelmed or distressed these are a massive help and can help me feel more present and having these mean I can use them on the go or when getting an ice pack from the freezer is inaccessible.I think they are okay value for money too, they are obviously going to be more pricey given the product that they are but they are highly effective and have made a huge difference to my life and are perfect for a range of different situations as you never know when you're going to need one of these

Great item that does what it's supposed to!
Bought for my other half who has injured her knee, with the intention of taking them on holiday. This brand is recommended by St. John's Ambulance service. She tried one and was really pleased. Said it went as cold as ice, and did the job it's intended for perfectly.

Worked well
These get freezing cold really quickly, it's more like a bag of water than of gel/crystals, but it does get really cold and I've carried them around all day in a full backpack and none of them burst.

Works, useful in a pinch
I’ve bought the large ones of these before and thought I’d try the small ones to save space in first aid kits which I keep at home, in the car, in my studio workshop, etc.I had reason to try them after spraining an ankle, and found them a little tricky to get started. The trick to popping the inner bag seems to be put a finger on each end of the tube and push together, rather than squeeze in the middle. They do get nicely cold, but don’t stay that way for very long. As you’re supposed to ice a sprain for ten minutes on, ten minutes off, it would take more than one as it is no longer very cool after 20 minutes. (I think the bigger ones last longer). But still very useful in a pinch and this size would be especially good for childrens bumps and bruises. For an adult ankle I had difficulty getting it to stay put as it doesn’t drape around like the larger size - it could be held in place with a bandage if needed though.

Best ice packs.
These packs are an absolute game changer I use them as part of a first aid kit for a u16 football. On first use when squeezing the bag to activate, it feels like your going to pop but they are made with high quality and thick plastic so don't be too soft with the squeeze. They are very effective and cool down very fast. Very easy to use and true to size. Excellent value.

cool pack
does the job well a bit of fiddle to put between 2 sleeve bandages but does the job fine

Doesn’t quite cut the mustard
Obviously I’m used to ice packs out the freezer, so these don’t really feel that cold, bought to take away for a week, when no access to a freezer, but didn’t have to use them, luckily back held out, but did try one before go away, also did find them very hard to find the thing you were suppose to break by hand to make them go cold, in the end I stamped on the bag with my foot to get them to work
