I used this to cover my new allotment over the winter which was very overgrown with weeds. I left it covered with this for about 5 months and it made it so much easier to condition the soil in spring. I had to purchase the hook things (don't know what they're called) to secure the sheet to the ground but the sheet itself is very sturdy and I'm pretty sure I'll be able to reuse it a few years.

Good quality plastic, ideal for covering weeds on over grown allotment ready for the spring.

I was looking into a weed suppressant for my new allotment, it is a large allotment so i was looking for value for money and i have to say when i felt it I was unsure as it felt quite fine, but it has been down over a week now and it is really doing the job, no rips or tears and when i peaked underneath its doing the job, for the money im very impressed.

Good quality Polythene at a good price.. I bought it to cover an area of lawn that I had turned over for veggie beds, in order to kill off the grass. After a couple of months covered, it has done the job perfectly - the only tears were where foxes had tried to find their way in. Good strong stuff.

Really thick sheeting Excellent for lining garden tubs

I found these plastic sheets to be thinner than description and therefore not so useful for my job.Not even Rubble bag thickness

Ok I'll admit it, I didn't buy this product for a practical use in the garden.....I bought it to make a kids garden water slide and it's great for that job.The sheet comes folded in half (width ways) and then rolled. This is convienient because we wanted to have a double thickness to for the kids to slide on.We set it up, set the hosepipe up and the kids had a great time.I also bought some garden plastic spikes which we hammered into the corners to keep it in place.the kids found it even better when using an inflatable to slide on top of.So if you're looking for a decent plastic sheet to make your own garden slide, this is it.

What I was expecting. A fairly tough black PVC sheet, the 2m width is folded over so the roll is only 1m long when it arrives. This actually made it easier to handle and cut. Delivery is fast too.
