Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 128GB, Deep Purple - (Renewed)

This was my first time purchasing a used phone from Amazon as I usually buy them from a well known auction site.The last time I purchased I had problems with phone getting blocked or refusing to activate so decided to try Amazon who have a fantastic no worries guarantee.The reason I picked this phone is that it’s cheaper than the latest generation of 15 Plus phones but sports a promotion 120hz display which makes a big difference in day to day use. And still works out cheaper to boot.The phone arrived in the suppliers generic packaging which was disappointing but as described. Delivery was prompt with next day following the bank holiday weekend. Phone was well protected and in flawless condition and delivered by courier exactly in the agreed timeframe.It was practically new refurbished like the type you receive from Apple if you’ve ever received a replacement through warranty or AppleCare. No scratched or scuffs at all. Battery health was at 99%.Phone itself worked perfectly and activated with no issues. I’d definitely use this seller again as the description is reliable.Only downside was the manky white charging cable provided with the phone. It’s functional but very dirty and old. Luckily most of us have MagSafe alternative chargers.

I was so dubious about buying a reconditioned phone. So many bad reviews. However my daughter really wanted the iPhone 14 pro max for Christmas so I reluctantly bought for her.I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the condition of the phone received. It is in perfect condition, zero scuffs and scratches . She been constantly on it watching netflix and youtube and chatting with friends and the battery has lasted over a day. It's exactly like a brand new phone as far as I can tell. She's over the moon with it . Cute little touch adding the sweets in the box.... I had those!All I can say is do your research. And don't opt for a lesser condition. Always go for the top grade.

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would do it!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!! Victoria and Simon definitely don't know how to do their job! My phone came with poor quality, scratches all over the screen and poor battery life!! I asked for a replacement and they proceeded to give me a refund when I didn't ask for it!! THEY specifically gave me the option to choose how I wanted my new replacement, and when I told them how I wanted it, they proceeded to refund me instead of offering me solutions first and explain me and ask me first. When i complained about it they didn't really care at all and provided me a terrible customer service. Also I don't even know if they actually processed the refund or not!!!I would NEVER recommend them, they're a terrible company!!!

Iv waited just over a month before I wrote this review purely to ensure everything was described . Im happy with the phone, works just as it should, and in excellent condition just as the seller said.

Very happy!!Got a iPhone 14 Pro Max gold 256gb in (good) condition, can't see any scratches, they ran a report to tell me if anything's been changed on the device and informed me that all parts are genuine which they are! Low battery life 85% but good price on the phone so got what I paid for, but perfect deal for the condition. Answered my questions after a day which was very helpful
