Good replacement.
Works great! Just make sure you order the right one. There are some four holes and some five. The holes I’m referring to are the screw holes that attach it to your sander.

This item didn’t fitndestroyed one trying to drill bow holes in disc ti make them line up with mine ! Would work so not just collecting dust
