Does not work with a Mac, is not bluetooth enabled and did not meet my needs will be sending it back.

Needed something to print order tickets as well as receipts from my iPad with kyte. This worked flawlessly and extreamly easy to set up. Would definetly recommend this product

I thought the this smaller printer would be perfect for me since I only will have a need for it occasionally. That is true, but it wasn't overly simple to set up. I did have to get some help with it.Once it was set up though, now it's easy to use and it's very handy to have. I can give my customers professional looking receipts with just a few clicks.

This Bluetooth POS printer works great! It is easy to install and use. It is great for any business!

After investing considerable time, I discovered this POS printer has no Bluetooth functionality. Fortunately, the installation driver file from the accompanying USB flash drive was used to install the driver into the system successfully. Selecting the 80mm series over the 58mm series while installing the driver on your computer is essential. Despite the successful installation, the absence of Bluetooth functionality could have been more frustrating. After using it for about one month, the printing quality remains excellent.

This is a compact, easy to use, EASY to CONNECT, Bluetooth printer. For my work I use over 100 tablets with many needing Bluetooth printers. I WAS buying one for much more money. When I saw this one at such a remarkable price I needed to check it out. I am extremely happy that I did. This printer is every bit as good as the others!

This is flagged as a "frequently returned item," but I got it anyway and am happy with it. There are several connection methods (LAN, serial, parallel, USB, Bluetooth); I only need and tested USB (with Windows laptop) and Bluetooth (with Android phone), and they worked fine. Comes with USB printer cable, power cable, and small 80mm thermal roll. Easy Bluetooth pairing and connection. Maybe the reason folks return it is that it doesn't work with some popular systems (like UberEats and Clover), but the product description clearly warns about that. Comes with little USB flash drive including driver software, user guide, settings guide, and printer command reference (which I hope you'll never need). Fast, with crisp black printout. The key is to find software for your device to do the printing you want. It may be part of a POS system (which usually supports many receipt printers) or standalone software; just make sure it knows about the paper width or else you'll only get the left part of your receipts. I didn't rate on tech support because I didn't need tech support. I rated ease of use 4 instead of 5 since you need to find compatible software for your device(s); it would have been great if they included a list by platform (Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS). Web search turns up plenty of software and "best of" lists, but they vary in quality.

The media could not be loaded.  What came was a full sized thermal receipt printer which means it's heavy duty and fast. Its USB plug and play. For bluetooth, there a dongle. These printers are what you see connected to a terminal or computer and the Bluetooth part is through the controlling device for security. If that makes sense to you, this is a great buy for the quality. Its like a Zebra... but it's the Epson Type.
