I have been trying to find the right food for my dachshund puppy since I got her. She would only eat her kibble if it had some sort of topper, and even with that she would often turn her nose up at it. Whilst she wouldn't ever starve herself, I didn't like that she wouldn't be getting enough food per day as she grew.I always thought wet food was out of a tin and full of rubbish, which I now know is not the case, but the problem I often found is many wet or natural foods had to be frozen, defrosted and then served. I don't have the freezer space and is very inconvenient if you're on the go or travelling. Forthglade was a brand I found on the AllAboutDogFood website - it had high ratings and was not frozen so could be kept in the cupboard.After looking into it, I decided to try my puppy on this food and transition her to it fully. I am so happy I have done this! For the first time ever, my puppy is excited to be having her food and is wolfing it down. I've never seen her this interested in food! Since having this, her poops have also been firmer which I am hoping will help with her glands, and her coat remains silky smooth! Plus, I can still travel with a tray of the food which is ideal for trips or visiting other peoples homes.Highly recommend trying this with your puppy as you can tell it is made from good ingredients and they'll love it.

Trays were damaged inside the box so there was wet food over the inside of the box. These trays had to be thrown away as didn't know how long they had been open so wasn't risking it.

After reading the negative reviews regarding open trays and maggots and such I was apprehensive. This box arrived to me in excellent condition with a long expiry date. I checked each tray and no issues at all. I'm using forthglade because my puppy has suffered horrific colitis trying to transition from raw to kibble. I tried her on many high end foods / Grain free etc as well as highly reviewed prebiotic and her tummy would not tolerate anything. This food was a last attempt before accepting defeat and within 1 day of being fed on it the improvement on her poo was instant. Within 2 days she was producing normal healthy bowel movements which has been transformative for us both. I hate how pricey it is personally but for us it's worth it.

My puppy eats this but he sniffs it, then looks at me with disappointment every time it’s in his bowl. I’m sure it’s healthy for him and I quite like it compared with Pedigree Chum etc.. but it makes him fart and it stinks to the point that we have to leave the room which is upsetting for everybody.

Coco loves this food she absolutely wolfs in down thanks for a good quality food

Great product and good value but 3 out of the 12 trays had their seals broken and were therefore unusable.

Good no complaints

No label on individual packaging. No cardboard sleves as they show on product description. So I am not sure if it lamb or chicken
