These are very handy for the spare room etc. as their style will last through the years. This is large, pure white and well made for what they are.

These paper lampshades look good up once you’ve figured out how to hang them. Very tricky but with patience I managed it. There’s a piece of wire which is difficult to get into place. Be patient and persevere.

As someone else commented here, my 2 lampshades arrived in a pizza box.Ok quality for the money but I agree that the stretchers are a bit sub standard. If you fit them on the cable as suggested they hang lop sided. However I have managed to get them to hang straight by resting them on the top of the pendant fitting, which coincidentally puts the bulb in the centre of the shade.I'm using them with Phillips Hue bulbs and they complement them very well, a nice even diffused light, although they hang a little low with my lowish ceilings (2.2m) I might have to shorten the cable. I wouldn't want a smaller one.Time will tell how long they will last.

Ideal lampshade and usually great value and I have used these for years as they are inexpensive and usually easy to assemble.NOT easy, however, when the shades arrive in a plastic bag narrower than the lamp size!!They were curled up to go into the bag, so were badly bent, both the lampshades and the wire fittings, so much that it took AGES to straighten them out enough to fit. They are OK now, but better packaging would be highly desirable.

Not obvious at first how to construct the shade. Torn when I opened shade so I had to turn shade around so tear did not show. Inferior quality
