8140/M Tamper Flat Base Stainless Steel 53mm

Used it for the sage bambino plus as a quality tamper is important for the quality of your espresso shot. Can confirm it made a difference, the one that came with the machine is useless. Good quality so far.

This tamper is literally perfect for our Sage Barista Express Impress. The built in tamper isn't bad but I just knew it wasn't quite up to par after further research. The portafilters for the Sage machines are typically 54mm, however this 53.2mm tamper is perfect and gives a very clean tamp and therefore extraction, just don't tamp too hard!The build quality of the tamper itself is of very high quality and standard, I was really impressed with it! A lovely weighty feel and smooth walnut handle! Overall very happy and highly recommended!

A bit expensive, but good quality.

This tamps your portafilter way better than the stock Sage tampers which I bought it to replace. Easy to clean and the wood comes away from the metal allowing for a better and easier clean.

This is a very high quality tamper for the money. It is a very good fit in the portafilter and has excellent weight.

Not cheap, I acknowledge, but if you have a SAGE Barista Express coffee maker, then this will transform your coffee, by increasing the espresso pressure and making the crema come to the fore, thereby making it smoother. The tamper that comes with the machine isn't really good enough

Amazing quality, very well built and big upgrade the the damper I got with my machine. My wood is beautiful quality. Looks great too.
