At first glimpse of this camera, it looks a professional piece of kit, shouts quality and immediately looks as if this Endoscope Camera has plenty of features to offer. But wait, the best is yet to come.The Teslong camera comes complete in its own custom foam hard case, protecting all its contents whether you’re travelling around or just storing your camera. The case has a nice customised foam insert to secure the Camera, detachable probe flex and the little pot for the two attachment tools (pick-up hook & magnet) ensuring its kept safe, ready for when you need them.This next noticeable feature, is that the probe flex, which is semi rigid is detachable from the camera unit itself. Making it easier to clean and store. The removeable option of the probe flex, also allows the user to replace it, in the event of it ever getting accidently damaged.Attaching the probe flex to the camera unit is easy, but great care must be taken to ensure the pins are aligned correctly before securing. You will notice a “RED” dot on the screw connector located on the back of the IPS screen – Align the “RED” dot with the probe flex, where the camera select button is in line with the “RED” dot and gentle push together, this is then secured using the locking bolt. If this is not correctly done you may receive an error message saying “Camera Not Connected”The Teslong camera unit is based around a hand-held trigger handle, where the 5” upgraded IPS screen offers a tilt setting to view the screen and a more usable angle. The screen is also protected with its three-layer reinforced tempered glass. The handle offers its own CREE L.E.D flashlight, separate to the probe flex which is extremally handy when wanting to navigate around in confined dark spaces before inserting the probe in the desired location. This is turned on/off with a trigger switch located on the handle of the camera unit.This Teslong Endoscope Camera Inspection is capable of taking pictures, video and sound, which is all stored on a removable 32Gb TF card more commonly referred to as Micro-SD card. This is supplied with the camera. A built-in microphone supports your recording voice with your findings. The microphone is nicely placed behind the CREE L.E.D flashlight capturing your comments very easily.Viewing the footage - JPEG images & MPEG-4 videos. can be done in two ways. The included 32GB micro-SD Card can easily be removed from the Teslong unit, (left-side) of the IPS screen and the footage independently viewed on your computer when using a Card Reader or using the supplied USB cable to charge the TESLONG unit. Connect the TESLONG unit to the PC and automatically the TESLONG unit will be seen as a USB drive, showing the folder DCIM where all the recorded media footage saved. You will also notice that the IPS screen on the TESLONG unit shows a USB Stick image.An impressive 5000 Lithium mAh Battery gives the camera about 4.5 hours use. The lithium battery is also replaceable by removing the small securing screw at the end of the trigger handle. This feature has many benefits, replace battery if faulty, add additional second battery for backup if the old battery is flat. Charging time is around 5 hours, this is done by using the proved USB cable and inserting micro-usb end into the (left-side) of the monitor screen, charging in a home 5V charger or USB socket. I noticed you can use the unit or peruse the menu system while it’s plugged in and charging. Reading the manual, it suggests fully charging the units every three months if the device is not used, this prevents irreparable damage.The best feature of this camera is the part that matters, its amazing HD Borescope Camera with 8 LED lights taking footage at 2 mega pixels 1920 x 1080. The camera detail and clarity are really something that shocked me, I was not expecting this degree of quality from such a small camera lens.The triple lens inspection camera has three 78° cameras that are built into the end of the endoscope probe for a total viewing angle of 234° this allows you to observe your inspection comprehensively from all angles. The camera is equipped with 6+2 LED lights that are adjustable with 3 levels of brightness. This is great when investigating under different level of light.The camera benefits from the marvellous function to view images looking “Forward”, “Left” & “Right” with the simple “Push of a Button” this ingenious ability to look around and survey your surrounding is amazing. It gives the user the full ability to clearly investigate and build a true picture of the investigating area ensuing you’re not missing vital information, faults, damage etc. It takes seconds to switch camera views, each button press, switches from view to view.Additional tools – The camera comes with a small push-cap pot that houses two attachable tools (pick-up hook & magnet) These tools attach to the end of the lens, firstly remove the lens ring from the camera. Then screw on the desired attachment tool. I found that the small earth magnet tool very impressive and extremely strong, providing excellent attachment for retrieval of metal objects.The TESLONG units also has an intuitive menu to set following settingsThere are two menu setting accessed by pressing the “Cog Wheel” physical button in the control panel. I bought this Teslong endoscope to help with the regular inspection of my 1989 XJ6 Jaguar and also hoping to use it to help my kid document the hedgehog nest he’s found in the back garden. It’s all quite exciting!The equipment comes in an airtight and dustproof ABS case, with a high density foam inside. The kit is made of a handle with a 5” adjustable HD monitor and an attachable 5-meter long cable with three cameras and micro LEDs inside a capsule. The long camera cord is made of a metallic coating which looks of very good quality and will help to keep the shape of the cord when looking for hard-to-reach concealed areas. The camera records both photos and video (32 GB micro SD card provided, located on the side of the monitor) and the quality is excellent (1920x1080 for photos and 1280*720 for video), considering the capsule is so small. You can easily switch between the three cameras by pressing a single purpose button in the handle and there is a separate button to fully tilt the orientation of the video, to assist with difficult to access areas. The handle contains a 5000 mAh battery which can be replaced and will give you about 4.5 hours of life depending on the LED usage. Also there is a microphone and a torch light in the handle, which can come very handy when doing field work. The cameras have an impressive focus range between 15mm and 10cm and the intensity of the LED lights can be adjusted to your particular recording conditions at the press of a button. Switching between the three cameras is very easy, via a convenient single purpose button located at the bottom of the camera cable. The kit includes two accessories that can be attached to the camera capsule to help retrieving objects from concealed positions. One of the accessories is a magnetic retriever and the other one is a hook to pull out objects. There is a reset button in case you need it (for me everything has worked fine so far).The instructions are multi-language and the English translation is very clear. Also the camera menus are clear and easy to navigate.I give this camera five stars because it has a semi professional quality for a quite decent price level.

Works very well for a cheap endoscope. Good picture and a nice focus. The side camera is also very handy.

It’s ok probably expected more but it’s only £ 160 .
