Good
Fit nice. I had to use old bracket and had to flip the screws to make unit fit blade inside the box . No noise what so ever. Ease to work with. The value is mostly what i like comparing with other stores. Performance is great.

Excellent purchase!!!!!
The media could not be loaded. My motor kit came in perfect condition, the bracket nor squirrel cage was bent. The only issue I had was trying to make sure that the cage fit snug enough to stay in place but enough room to turn freely. I had to use a hammer to pat the cage in place and then turn it with my hands to make sure it was secure to turn and it was. It’s quieter than my previous fan, and I was able to replace it all by myself for under $30. I’m soooooo pleased!!!!!

Worked as claimed
Had to disassemble and reverse the orientation of the motor to fit it in my bathroom fan body but it worked perfectly and seemed to move mire air than the original did when functioning

Bent. But with a little effort seems to be doing the job.
Like others have stated, the bracket that attaches with two screws was bent. So that took some time to straighten out. The fan is cheap and was also bent so that took some additional time to straighten out.Make sure you rotate the fan before installation to see if it's not rubbing against the motor when it spins. If it is, gently bent it back in place. Two weeks later and it's still working after straightening out all the bent parts.

Finally!
We had to replace the motor on an old Gould type-HJC1 bathroom fan. I'm pretty sure it's the same one that's been in there since the place was built in 1979. I had a heck of a time finding a replacement that was the right fit. After a failed attempt with a different brand, this one was the winner! It is a perfect fit and works great. The parts were in good order upon arrival. Happy to finally have this off my to-do list!

The fan motor and the squirrel-cage fan are what I wanted, but…
The motor and fan were poorly packed in a flimsy cardboard box which, in turn, were shipped in a flimsy white plastic bag. So i it isn’t surprising that the motor bracket was significantly bent on shipment. I was able to straighten the bracket out and was thus able to use the motor, which then fit perfectly. The round squirrel cage fan, when mounted on the motor shaft was slightly off center or misaligned and therefore seemed a bit unbalanced. Again, it was easy to spin by hand and watch the fan and to make slight adjustment by gentle bending/straightening out. Easy and quick. Note: the Allen set screw that secures the fan to the motor shaft is metric, so you need a small metric Allen wrench. Conclusion: When straightened out and adjusted this product was what I needed to replace the 45 year old motor/fan in a two-lamp Nutone ceiling bathroom vent fan. I am pleased with the product and the price. It is unfortunate that Amazon and its Chinese supplier don’t pack the motor and fan with better, more protective materials. I suspect many of these are damaged in shipment. The product is fine. The packing is not.

Perfect replacement.
I ordered it because the amazon photo looked just like the old one and the dimensions shown were close. Unlike other reviewers' experiences, it arrived unbent and it isn't any more noisy than the old one. It fit in the vintage-1984 bathroom ceiling fan perfectly. Had to vacuum out a lot of dust stuck on up there, and working overhead is never "easy." The setscrew in the fan required a 3/32 Allen wrench, and the space was tight, so it took a while to secure the fan onto the shaft.
