i love that you can use it hot or cold it's easy to clean and doesn't take up a lot of room i feel it works better the the one that's attached to a keurig machine in my opinion

Do not buy! Do not buy! Do not buy! This is literally a piece of junk. The first one they sent didn’t work. Then a new one got sent. It worked twice to somewhat make cold foam. And that was after unplugging and plugging it multiple times to get it to work. Then tonight, I tried to use the heat function, only to find out the heat won’t turn on. I unplug it and plug it back in, and it immediately turned on cold function with out me even pressing a button. I turn the cold off and the heat on, and nothing. The instructions it comes with also suck, and super not helpful. It also needs to be unplugged when not in use. So it’s not something you can just keep plugged in. 100% do not recommend. Item needs to be removed from Amazon!

I love this frother. I've used it to make Matcha and Chai lattes, as well as cappuccinos. It's easy to use and clean. This would make a great gift.

I wanted to get a milk warmer and didn't want to break the bank. I came across this and I'm so glad I did! Not only do I use it every night for my lavender honey milk tea, but with the frothing option, I get to make a caramel latte every morning. It really feels like a nice treat to myself as a full time working mom, it warms and froths in no time with just 1 push of a button and no fuss. This is now the most used appliance in my house 🥰

Frother worked great while it actually worked! I had it for less than two months, and used it a few times a week at most. It suddenly just stopped working. Very disappointed, I expected this to last longer than this.

I love this however I tried to use it today and it will not work properly. Tried unpluging but it starts making foam. I tried pushing the heat button but it will not stop making foam. I am the only one that uses it and I only use it once a day 3 or 4 time a week. I would think a good product would last longer than that. DO NOT BUY. I can not return or get a new one because the window with amazon is closed.
